By accessing or using Jobdit, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Jobdit on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Jobdit is an independent job-search and aggregation service. We display links and limited metadata about publicly available job listings from various third-party sources, along with value-added features such as deduplication, search, filters, scoring, notifications, and analytics. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party platform unless expressly stated.
We do not make hiring decisions and are not a party to any employment or contracting relationship between users and third parties.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Jobdit. Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may use Jobdit for personal or internal business purposes in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations (see §14).
If you submit content (e.g., job posts, notes, tags), you grant Scraplay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe others' rights.
Jobdit and its software, design, features, and original content are owned by Scraplay and protected by IP laws. All third-party names, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of third-party names is nominative and for identification only.
Rightsholders may contact dmca@scraplay.com per our DMCA Policy to request removal or disablement of allegedly infringing material.
Some features may require a paid plan or add-ons ("Subscription").

To protect performance, we may apply rate limits or usage caps (e.g., number of alerts, API calls, or searches). Abusive or automated access outside documented limits may be blocked.
If we offer an API or integration, your use must follow our documentation, credentials, and rate limits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue APIs at any time. You must not use the API to rebuild a competing service using Jobdit's datasets or signals.

JOBDIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that listings are current, accurate, complete, or available; that notifications will be timely; or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRAPLAY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF JOBDIT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SCRAPLAY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in that case, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Scraplay from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (in whole or part) with or without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or other users, or for scheduled maintenance or business reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but the following survive: §§6, 11–16.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Venue for any action shall be the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Optional (add if you want arbitration/class-action waiver): We may provide an Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Addendum; if so, that addendum controls.
You represent that you are not on any U.S. government restricted list and will not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
We may modify the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" and, when required, provide notice (e.g., in-app or email). Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Scraplay regarding Jobdit and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
