  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to support informed decision-making and recommend actionable strategies for process optimization.
  • Diagnosing issues in existing systems to identify errors/deficiencies and drafting requirements to resolve them.
  • Creating, maintaining, and regularly updating relevant documentation/requirements.
  • Providing high-level (Level 2) support to end users, addressing tickets from the client’s Service Desk that require more in-depth functional analysis and diagnosis.
  • Creating detailed business process models following the client's approved modeling notation/design modeling software.
  • Drafting use cases and assisting/executing user acceptance testing to ensure that the system developed meets the business requirements and is according to the specifications agreed upon.
  • Creating low-fidelity wireframes using the client's wireframing design tool.
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements. Ensuring the user interface and user experience are optimized for end-users, facilitating effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Reviewing all software quality assurance (QA) activities with the QA Tester or project stakeholders to ensure the product meets the requirements and business needs.
  • Recommending and developing strategies to streamline workflows and improve overall business performance.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ensuring that business requirements are appropriately captured in the client's IT systems such as JIRA and prioritized for Agile development cycles.
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of training sessions (for end users and for newcomers in the team).
