You'll own observability across H: the strategy, technical design and rollout. Your work will give visibility of the entire stack and surface the information the company relies on to make key decisions and quantify progress. H builds computer-use agents that take actions in browsers and desktop applications. This role covers every technical system we run. WHAT YOU OWN The whole problem space. This is a lead role that stays hands-on: you will set the direction, design the stack, lead others through building it and work with internal teams on adoption. You'll be responsible for ensuring our teams measure what matters, and for learning our products and services in depth. WHAT YOU'D BE DOING - Setting one observability strategy that can be applied across teams and technical stacks - Owning the implementation of the systems that manage metrics, logs, traces, alerts and dashboards - Defining SLAs, SLOs and SLIs with our product, research and infrastructure teams - Building end-to-end visibility of system dependencies, providing visualisations for users and context for agents - Automating how we track coverage, reliability, alert quality and the cost of execution THE FIRST YEAR By month 3, every H product has SLAs, SLOs and SLIs defined and measured in code, with compliance reports produced automatically. By month 6, a single complete solution covers metric collection, log processing and tracing. By month 12, every system at H uses the same SDKs and interfaces, whether for alarms, metrics, logs or traces. WHO YOU'D WORK WITH You'll work with every team at H, across infrastructure, product, engineering and research. Our VP of Engineering is the hiring manager. WHAT WE THINK IT TAKES Likely a good fit if you - Have set the direction for a substantial piece of engineering work, delivered it and got other teams to adopt it. - Have built production instrumentation and telemetry integrations yourself. - Have defined both product-level and technical-level SLAs, SLOs and SLIs. - Have used SRE measurements such as error budgets, burn rates and MTTA/MTTR/MTTM. - Have built self-managed observability systems, such as OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Alloy, Elasticsearch or Kibana. - Have worked with Kubernetes at scale, enterprise multi-tenancy, inference or asynchronous agent workflows. You do not need any experience in AI. If you match most of this but not every point, don't hesitate to apply. HOW WE HIRE Four stages: a 30-minute call with our Talent team, a 60-minute technical assessment, a 60-minute system design interview and a closing 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. Our process is tailored to the requirements for this specific role: the system design interview and the technical assessment closely match the work you would be delivering from day one. PRACTICALITIES The role is hybrid, with three days a week in either our Paris or our London office and occasional travel between the two. We offer a competitive package.

You'll be joining the team responsible for the infrastructure behind all of H's products: clusters, networking and security. It's the foundation that lets the rest of the company deliver value directly to customers. WHAT YOU'LL OWN From your first quarter, you'll own a real piece of our move from AWS to an environment-agnostic platform. The team moves fast and the problems are novel: each model release and each new customer changes what the infrastructure has to support. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Running and scaling Kubernetes clusters and networking - Building authentication and authorization systems - Refactoring the stack to be environment agnostic - Speeding up deployment for our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) - Building Kubernetes-native services, such as controllers and operators - Writing and maintaining infrastructure as code YOUR TEAM AND YOUR USERS The role sits in the Infrastructure team, with our VP of Engineering as hiring manager. Your users are H's product and platform engineers and, through our FDEs, our external customers. WHAT WE THINK IT TAKES You're likely a good fit if you: - Write Python or Go well enough to solve real problems with it - Have built and operated a Kubernetes-based platform at significant scale and can put numbers on its clusters, services and users - Have worked with more than one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP), or have strong knowledge of fundamental systems engineering (Linux, eBPF) - Have built and owned infrastructure as code, CI/CD and observability Stronger still if you have: - Worked with complex network topologies (multi-cluster, dual-stack) and CNIs such as Cilium or Calico - Handled petabyte-scale data, or high-frequency, latency-sensitive workloads - Worked with agentic systems, particularly in security - Worked with GPUs and tools such as Dynamo, vLLM or SGLang HOW WE HIRE Five stages, about hours in all: a 30-minute call with our Talent team, a 30-minute conversation with the lead of the Infrastructure team, a 60-minute coding interview, a 60-minute system design interview and a closing 30-minute conversation with our VP of Engineering. PRACTICALITIES The role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Paris or London office. We offer a competitive package.

The Conversational Platform team builds the AI-powered support experiences that help players, parents and creators get answers and resolve issues quickly, along with the reusable platform that brings this capability to teams and creators across Roblox.

As Senior Product Manager for Roblox Conversational Platform, you will own the product for all Roblox support experiences and build the conversational intelligence layer that automates customer support at Roblox scale. You will turn that technology into reusable platform components that other teams across the company can adopt, and extend it to our creator community so developers can support their own players with bug reports, feature requests, refunds, and more. The same platform will also power support for creators on Creator Platform issues. You will lead large, cross-team initiatives, partnering deeply with Engineering, ML, Design, Data Science, Customer Support Operations, and Creator teams, and raise the bar for product excellence across the organization.

You will:

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for Roblox support experiences across web, mobile, and in-experience surfaces, serving players, parents, and creators.
• Build the conversational intelligence layer that automates customer support, including LLM-powered agents, intent understanding, knowledge retrieval, and secure integrations that let agents take action on a user's behalf, such as account recovery, purchase issues, and refunds.
• Platformize the technology by designing reusable components such as agent orchestration, knowledge management, tool and action frameworks, evaluation and quality tooling, and human handoff, so other teams across Roblox can build their own conversational experiences on top of it.
• Extend the platform to the creator community, giving developers the tools to support their own player base with bug reports, feature requests, refunds, and more.
• Bring the platform to creator support, using it to resolve Creator Platform issues for the developers building on Roblox.
• Set the quality bar and success metrics, such as automated resolution rate, accuracy, CSAT, time to resolution, and cost per contact, and build the evaluation and experimentation practices to improve them over time.
• Partner deeply with Engineering, ML, Design, Data Science, Customer Support Operations, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Creator teams to deliver reliable, safe, and helpful support experiences.
• Represent Conversational Platform in senior forums, driving alignment on strategy, tradeoffs, and platform adoption through clear written narratives and data-driven reviews.

You have:

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on conversational AI, customer support or CX technology, or AI/ML platform products.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered products in production, such as AI agents, chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation, or classification systems, including how to evaluate and improve model quality over time.
• A proven track record building platforms: reusable APIs, services, or components adopted by multiple internal or external teams.
• Strong technical depth and experience partnering with ML and infrastructure engineers on system architecture, model tradeoffs across quality, latency, and cost, and integrations with backend systems.
• Familiarity with customer support operations and tooling, including ticketing and case management, agent workflows, knowledge bases, and the metrics that drive them.
• Experience operating at a senior scope, setting strategy for a major product area, leading cross-org initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build clear narratives, efficiently drive alignment across teams, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
• Bonus: experience building for developer or creator ecosystems, or for products used by younger audiences.

You are:

• Customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of what it feels like to be a player locked out of an account, a parent with a safety concern, or a creator whose experience is broken, and motivated to resolve their issues quickly and with care.
• A platform thinker who designs for reuse and connects today's support needs to a long-term vision for conversational intelligence across Roblox.
• Safety- and quality-minded, holding a high bar for accuracy, privacy, and responsible AI, and clear on when automation should hand off to a person.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving AI space without waiting for perfect information.
• A trusted cross-functional partner who builds strong relationships with Engineering, ML, Design, Data, and Operations teams and works through complex tradeoffs together.
