Reporting to a Director, Field Engineering, the Manager, Field Engineering will help lead a team of Solutions Architects (SAs) for the of Databricks’ Field Engineering team in Latam. You will lead and promote a dynamic team focusing on enterprise software, big data/analytics, data engineering, data science, data warehousing and generative AI. Leading the technical sales team, you will partner with Sales (and other Field Engineering technical segments) to increase revenue and help customers become wildly successful. You will participate in controlled calls with an AI agent. The goal is to evaluate how well the agent understands spoken language in natural scenarios. Training will be provided, and it will be compensated if the project tasks are completed.

Your recordings will be used solely to generate transcriptions for intelligibility review.

Your voice recordings will not be used to train, develop, or appear in any product.

What You’ll Do

• Make scripted and unscripted voice calls with an AI agent (10–15 conversations in total).
• Produce clear, natural Haitian Creole speech while following the provided guidelines (each conversation lasts about 5 minutes).
• Evaluate how well the AI agent understands spoken language, helping test speech recognition and transcription accuracy.
• Report any intelligibility issues or misunderstandings during the interaction and complete the required administrative review tasks (approximately 10–15 minutes per conversation).

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level fluency in Haitian Creole.
• Ability to complete a trial voice recording to verify accent.
• AI Specialist background is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience with speech recording is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking clearly and naturally in a variety of prompts and scenarios.

I have 13+ years of experience in mobile development. My last role was Mobile Architect, but I got laid off in June 2025 even though I was performing well and had even received an award on that same project earlier.

About You

• Familiarity and experience with Big Data, RPA/Process Mining, and AI/ML preferred

Hey guys, I have an event center that gets rented out to be used for Weddings, quinceañeras, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. but we don’t have a set in stone logo yet. The name is TRAX EVENT CENTER, you can find our page on Facebook. This place sits along some railroad tracks, inspiring the name. It was has gone through multiple owners in the past and it has been used for parties before, went through an abandoned phase, and now open again. It was called Trax before and people in our city (Fort Wayne, IN) seem to know the place as Trax no matter how many times the name changed, so we brought it back. I’ve never worked with a graphic designer before so I’m not sure what to budget for or where pricing starts, so I don’t want to offend anyone with a lowball so I’ll go with the minimum $20 per hour rate. We wanted a luxurious feeling logo that’s also welcoming. Our prices aren’t the most expensive in our city, so we don’t want our logo to scare people away thinking we do, but we want to to be luxurious and modern enough that people want to included it in their invitations,per se. Our building isn’t the prettiest yet, but we have renovations planned for the near future that would completely transform the facade from a run down warehouse that got a fresh paint job, to a modern, luxurious looking facade that looks like it should’ve been built downtown. With that being said, we want modern logo that can be versatile for social media, business cards, tshirts, but the main priority we want right now is a big, 3D, backlit signage to put on the very front of the facade that everyone can see as they drive by. I have a picture of the building as well as reference logos that I liked but it won’t let me include them. I apologize for the long description but I know designers often need context.
