Looking for a social media manager or content-focused growth specialist to help build the online presence of 2 rap/hip hop artists with existing traction.
Budget: $100/week per artist to start, so $200/week total for both artists. Open to adjusting scope over time based on fit, consistency, and results.
Both artists already have a strong foundation, around 20k monthly Spotify listeners each, multiple viral songs, and a large backlog of unreleased music, videos, snippets, and visual content that has not been fully leveraged online.
This is not a build from zero project. The music and content are already there. What is missing is the right person to help turn that into a stronger and more consistent online presence.
We are especially looking for someone ambitious who understands TikTok and Instagram growth, genuinely loves music, and knows how to help very talented but naturally humble artists show up online more fully. Part of this role is helping push the artists a little outside their comfort zone in the right ways, bringing ideas, structure, encouragement, and consistency without making anything feel fake, forced, or corny.

- artist branding and positioning
- helping turn unreleased music, snippets, visuals, and personality into momentum
- identifying growth opportunities while keeping the artist authentic
