But I see lot of complains on existing ATS doing same things with ATS keywords matching and scoring, still new tools emerges with little variant but ends up doing same marketing. I have been in startup hiring for decade now, still its hard, inefficient and low conversion ratio. And this is costly operation for startups in particular, as there is constant tussle better shipping product and scaling teams at the same time One more pattern I observed is most ATS cost > 150$/month bare minimum. This still makes tougher for startups to afford. So fallback plan would be Google forms and HR emails again falling in trap of non productive hiring pipeline management. Hiring is all about knowing 10 people holistically and choose the one who overlaps more with the team. For knowing people holistically, portfolios >>>> resumes. So a compact ATS that works around portfolios as primary tool, knowing candidates holistically at startup budget of $10/month is what we are going after. About the Role

We're seeking candidates for the Loan Officer role to join our dynamic Operations organization! You'll be a critical contributor to our loan origination strategy as you support borrowers sourced via our direct-to-consumer, marketing, and partnerships efforts.

The Loan Officer will engage with customers, educate them on financing options and loan products, and ensure a positive experience for all borrowers. You'll thrive in this role if you're obsessed with driving results and creating phenomenal customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Convert a high volume of company-provided leads into happy Figure HELOC customers
• Connect with prospective borrowers via outbound calling initiatives, text message, and email
