Key Responsibilities:
Maintain bookkeeping in Xero
Manage billing and payment tracking within Zanda
Process and apply Zelle, cash, and credit card payments accurately to client accounts
Reconcile bank and merchant accounts
Ensure all payments are properly recorded and matched to invoices
Generate clear financial reports
Maintain organized, audit-ready records
Uphold strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications:
Proven bookkeeping experience (experience with mental health or medical practices preferred)
Proficiency in Xero
Experience using Zanda or similar practice management software

A day in the life (Responsibilities)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to be our foundational design presence in the UK. You won't just be 'localizing' features; you will be the primary advocate for the UK and London restaurant ecosystem. Your mission is to decode the unique operational challenges of British hospitality and translate them into world-class product experiences that feel native, not imported.

In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with product, engineering, and research to deeply understand our users and translate that understanding into thoughtful, intuitive product experiences.
• Design end-to-end workflows across responsive web and native mobile, delivering clear wireframes, flows, prototypes, and design specs that guide product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert high-level objectives into tightly scoped, testable deliverables with clear inputs/outputs and measurable success criteria.
• Create structured documentation that defines expected behavior, constraints, and edge cases in a way other evaluators can reuse.
• Build lightweight automation scripts to support evaluation flows (e.g., generating required artifacts, validating outputs, enforcing format rules).
• Write deterministic Python verifier scripts that check completion via final state or output validation (files, directories, content assertions).
