Role: ESG Project Support Trainee
Location: Sharjah, UAE
- Employment Overview
• Engagement under a limited-term contract with a minimum commitment of six months.
• Employment continuation is subject to satisfactory performance.
• The firm may terminate employment for disciplinary reasons in line with UAE labour law.
- Role & Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day project and team activities.
• Assist with documentation, research, reporting, and client materials.
• Track tasks and perform basic quality checks under senior supervision.
• Undertake additional reasonable duties as required.
• No external employment without prior written approval.
- Place of Work
• Primary location: Sharjah Office.
- Probation
• Initial probation period of six (6) months – same period as Trainee program. No additional probation
• Performance and role suitability assessed during probation.
• Probation may be reduced, extended, or waived at management discretion.
• Employment may be terminated during probation with notice and stated reasons.
- Stipend Structure
• Months 1–2: AED 2,500 per month.
• From Month 3: AED 3,500 per month (subject to performance review).
• Post-probation: Stipend and designation may be revised based on performance ESG Associate and AED 5,000 per month.
- Working Hours
• Standard working hours: 48 hours per week.
• Additional hours may be required based on business needs and role responsibilities.
