As the Product Manager for US Public Sector, you will own the roadmap that brings the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to every tier of the US Government mission, from federal civilian agencies and state and local governments to the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Your surface spans the full accreditation spectrum: FedRAMP on commercial clouds, the sovereign AWS GovCloud and Azure Government regions, and classified environments up to Top Secret.

You will define the product strategy to identify, prioritize, and sequence where Databricks should invest next. As the voice of the government customer inside Databricks, you will shape and influence roadmaps across R&D so that our latest Data and AI innovations reach mission owners without compromising on security or sovereignty. You will partner cross-functionally with R&D, security, legal, GTM, and support teams, and directly with the public-sector field team, to enable adoption across the most demanding regulated environment in the world, empowering government customers to focus on their mission while relying on Databricks to meet the bar.

The impact you will have

• Own the US public-sector product offerings end to end — from FedRAMP on commercial clouds, to AWS GovCloud and Azure Government, to DoD Impact Levels and classified environments.
• Design new features, and adapt existing ones, to meet the specific needs of the US Government and its regulated environments.
• Ensure compliance and authorization processes scale with Databricks’ rapid growth and with each new region and impact level.
• Launch public-sector offerings in close partnership with GTM and the public-sector field teams to accelerate adoption of Databricks’ Data and AI capabilities across federal, defense, Intelligence Community, and State, Local and Education customers.
• Partner with the Security Assurance, Corporate Operations, Sales and Engineering teams to define the company-wide public-sector compliance roadmap across all clouds, prioritizing and sequencing the authorizations (FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, and beyond) that open new government markets.
• Partner with cloud providers to coordinate product launches and obtain capabilities needed to support regulated customers.

What we look for

• Product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products, with experience delivering successful customer-facing products/features.
• Proven ability to lead customer conversations, write PRDs, define success metrics, prioritize features, and guide engineering and design execution
• Domain expertise in the US public-sector compliance and accreditation — e.g., FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL4/5/6), and NIST 800-53 — and with government cloud (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) or classified deployments
• Experience launching enterprise products and driving adoption in large, complex organizations — ideally including US Government or other highly regulated customers
• Experience driving business results through influential leadership across multiple partner teams including engineering, sales, marketing, solution architects and customer success.

Account Executive – Public Safety / 911

So, what’s the role all about?

This role is responsible for driving net-new business, pipeline growth, and revenue within 911 Emergency Communications Centers and broader Public Safety agencies across a seven-state territory. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle while acting as a trusted, consultative partner—positioning NiCE’s Public Safety solution portfolio through direct selling, partner collaboration, and solution expertise.

Success in this role requires balancing high-activity territory execution with deep understanding of Public Safety workflows, including 911 and Criminal Justice digital evidence processes, to win complex public-sector opportunities.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Execution

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive meeting creation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting and account-based outreach to generate first meetings and new opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, procurement navigation, and deal close.
• Deliver accurate weekly reporting on activity, pipeline creation, and forecasting.
• Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets.

Public Safety & Customer Engagement

• Develop strong relationships with 911 directors, supervisors, procurement teams, IT leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• Interview and engage multiple user groups within Public Safety agencies to understand operational workflows and challenges.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to maximize long-term revenue and generate referral opportunities.
• Operate with a mission-driven mindset focused on improving staff well-being and operational performance within 911 centers.

Solution & Technical Collaboration

• Act as a solution expert, demonstrating NiCE capabilities and articulating differentiated value versus competitors.
• Conduct needs assessments and solution alignment in collaboration with Presales/Solutions Engineering.
• Support technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and bids, including development of Scopes of Work (SOWs).
• Collect customer feedback on solution requirements and interface with Product Management on market needs and trends.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to end users, partners, consultants, and executive decision-makers.

Partner & Internal Collaboration

• Manage and co-sell with reseller and channel partners to expand territory coverage and accelerate opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, Project Management, Legal, Professional Services, and Customer Support.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, demos, and demand-generation initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5+ years of technology sales and/or sales engineering experience within Public Safety, 911/PSAP, or Government sectors.
• Strong understanding of Public Safety and Criminal Justice workflows, including digital evidence processes.
• Proven success generating pipeline and closing deals in complex public-sector procurement environments.
• Experience working with government purchasing personnel, RFPs, bids, and state/federal contracts.
• Consultative selling approach with strong discovery, demonstration, and presentation skills.

About the Role The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 70,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. That is the largest untapped growth opportunity in the company, and Account Management owns it. This is a build role, not a maintain role. You'll carry a book of high-value customers and real latitude over how you grow it. This means deciding which plays to run, which executives to get in front of, which products to lead with. Your ceiling is set by your judgment, operating rigor and urgency. Ramp’s expansion motion is a critical part of our long-term strategy and success, and this role represents an opportunity to help define what that looks like at a world-class business. What You’ll Do - Own growth across a portfolio of 300+ high-value customers - retention, adoption, expansion, and net-new spend on the platform. - Build real relationships with the finance leaders who make the decisions, and connect what they're trying to accomplish to what Ramp can actually do for them. - Generate your own expansion pipeline. The best AMs here don't wait for a buying signal - they create the reason for the next conversation. - Lead Executive Business Reviews that change how a customer thinks about Ramp: from one vendor in the stack to the system their finance function runs on. - Launch new products into your book. Ramp ships relentlessly, and every launch is a reason to open a conversation you couldn't have had last quarter. - Quarterback outcomes across implementation, product, engineering, and CX - on new deals and on escalations, where trust is either earned or lost. - Set the standard. Account Management is still being built here. The playbooks you write and execute are the ones this team runs next year, and that level of ownership translates into more opportunities in the business.
