You Have:

• Seniority & Breadth: High Senior or Principal-level DS experience, with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional data problems end-to-end — from problem framing and data infrastructure through modeling, experimentation, and executive communication.
• ML & Trust/Safety Chops: Proven ability to build, evaluate, and maintain ML models, especially for trust & safety, anti-abuse, or reputation systems. Experience with ecosystem or marketplace settings is a strong plus.
• Experimentation & Causal Inference: Strong statistical rigor, experimentation design, and causal inference skills — ideally applied in complex, mediated settings where simple A/B tests don't tell the full story.
• Data Foundation Expertise: Ability to contribute to the data foundation layer for AI — including table documentation, semantic layer design, data contracts, and trustworthy infrastructure for AI-enabled analysis.
• AI for Analytics: Deep understanding of agentic and self-serve analytics use cases, including how to turn DS workflows into scalable, AI-enabled products. Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for AI outputs.
• Technical Depth: Expert-level SQL and Python, with enough engineering fluency to work effectively across data pipelines, model outputs, and production-facing systems.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. As a Technical Producer II for the Commerce Initiative teams on Publishing Platform, you will be the custodian of strong delivery processes for a team that uses a mix of internal development and external partners. What You'll Do

The Fortnite Tech Desktop team is looking for an experienced Engine Programmer to enhance the player experience on the PC platform. You will work with other programmers and directly contribute to building and improving our Desktop platform support to an industry-leading state.

This role covers a wide range of specialties, focusing on stability and performance programming and ensuring critical features are available and performant for the Fortnite user base.

In this role, you will

• Analyze and resolve stability and performance problems of Fortnite on a wide range of PC hardware configurations; this includes identifying solutions in such areas as:

What we're looking for

• Experience in profiling and optimizing a large codebase
• Ability to diagnose, debug, and action complex problems coming from a live-service title and experience in handling stability issues

WHAT YOU BRING - Deep experience as a brand designer in agency, in-house, or both. With a track record of building and evolving systems, not just executing within them. - Systems thinking as a default mode. You see patterns, spot structural problems, and solve for the whole rather than the instance. - Strong experience with motion or working alongside motion designers; comfort with the full range of digital brand touchpoints. - Brand identity expertise: you understand how visual systems create meaning, trust, and recognition at scale. - Strategic affinity — you're comfortable working upstream of execution, helping define what the brand should stand for before anyone opens Figma. - A strong communicator who can articulate brand decisions clearly to designers, PMs, marketers, and leadership alike. - A portfolio showing not just craft, but judgment: clear visual systems, coherent brand thinking, and evidence that your work made others' work better. - Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; fluency with how design tooling, including AI, is reshaping brand practice. - Genuine curiosity about crypto, technology, and what financial ownership means for individuals around the world. • Form successful relationships with clients throughout Spain, providing technical and business value to Databricks customers in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Operate as an expert in big data analytics to excite customers about Databricks. You will develop into a ‘champion’ and trusted advisor on multiple issues of architecture, design, and implementation to lead to the successful adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Scale best practices in your field and support customers by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications, and help build the Databricks community in your region by leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
• Grow your knowledge and expertise to the level of a technical and/or industry specialist.

What we look for:

• Engage customers in technical sales, challenge their questions, guide clear outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions.
• Develop customer relationships and build internal partnerships with account executives and teams.
• Prior experience with coding in a core programming language (i.e., Python, Java, Scala) and willingness to learn a base level of Spark.
• Proficient with Big Data Analytics technologies, including hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platform(s).
• Experienced in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences requiring an ability to context switch in levels of technical depth.

Mandatory requirements:

• The location for the role should be in the Madrid region (i.e. within a commutable distance for a hybrid schedule).
• Flexibility to travel (up to 30% as required for customer meetings, events and trainings).
• Business proficiency in both Spanish and English required.
