En tant que Juriste en droit social, vous contribuez activement à la sécurisation des pratiques RH et au respect du cadre légal. Vos principales responsabilités :

• Vous conseillez la Direction RH et les équipes RH sur les questions de droit du travail individuel et collectif, et veillez à la conformité des pratiques avec la législation sociale.
• Vous assurez une veille juridique et sociale active, analysez les évolutions réglementaires et en partagez les impacts avec les parties prenantes concernées.
• Vous intervenez en support des projets RH à dimension juridique, notamment en matière d’accords collectifs, d’avantages extra-légaux et de transformations organisationnelles.
