If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is building the Private Equity channel into one of the company's most significant sources of enterprise growth. Sponsors and their operating teams shape how portfolio companies run finance, and when they standardize on a platform, they do it across dozens of companies at once. This role will be focused on managing the largest funds in the market. You will own a book of the most strategic PE firms Ramp works with, many of which have multiple investment investment strategies, fund vehicles, and GP stakes businesses under a single name. Each one likely has a different operating partner for each strategy, a deal team with its own relationships, and portfolio CFOs who make the final call. Your job is to know all of them, keep every thread moving, and turn that access into measurable adoption across their portfolios. It is a high-volume, high-stakes book. The work is relentless relationship management paired with genuine commercial discipline, and it carries the highest CP goal on the channel team. There are only a handful of these seats at Ramp, and real executive visibility comes with them. What You'll Do - Own a book of upmarket and megafund PE partners, serving as their primary relationship owner at Ramp. - Multi-thread across each firm: operating partners by strategy, deal teams, platform and portfolio operations leaders, and portfolio-company CFOs. - Run disciplined portfolio analysis to find where Ramp can create value, and work with Account Executives to convert that into pipeline. - Generate and own qualified pipeline against an aggressive CP target, prioritizing the large opportunities that move the number. - Negotiate custom partnership structures where they make sense, including adoption commitments, and hold the line where terms do not work for Ramp. - Partner with Events, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to deliver sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners and the collateral your partners ask for. - Build and maintain the operating system behind the book: relationship maps, portfolio analysis, follow-ups and next steps across a large partner set on a tight touch cycle - Use AI to automate research, portfolio mapping, call prep and follow-through so the book scales beyond what manual effort allows What You Need - A track record of carrying and hitting a high quota in a commercial role. Outbound sales development, account executive, or partnerships backgrounds all work. - Deep working knowledge of how a private equity firm is structured, including the distinct roles of operating partners, deal teams, and portfolio leadership. - Demonstrated ability to build and expand relationships across a large, complex organization. - Exceptional organization and agency. History of managing a large book without dropping threads, continual follow-up, and navigating complex organizations. - Comfort negotiating directly with sophisticated counterparts, and the judgment to know when to walk away. - A practical, self-directed approach to AI. You build your own workflows rather than waiting for tooling. - Strong cross-functional instincts across events, growth, marketing and finance. Ability to work dynamically with others internally to drive results. - Willingness to travel frequently and to work from our New York office. CT or NJ with an in-office commitment also works, and we are open to relocation Nice to Haves - Experience partnering with or selling to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. - Experience at a company with an established channel sales motion. - Fintech, payments, expense management, or CFO-software background. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a founding Professional Services Consultant who is Ramp’s deepest product expert, a hands-on builder, and a strategic thought partner to the finance teams we serve. You work as an extension of the customer's team: you're embedded in their strategy, you understand where their finance organization is headed, and you do the execution work to get it there. You map their current-state workflows, design the future state, and configure Ramp to match it. You’re dialed into the roadmap, driving transformation across their platform and finance orgs. You get customers live fast, and in some cases stay on as their ongoing partner, optimizing their Ramp environment and advising strategically as the business grows. You'll work across a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with Customer Success during activation, and Account Managers beyond implementation. WHAT YOU’LL DO OWN CUSTOMER DELIVERY - Discovery and process mapping — Run workshops to analyze current-state finance workflows across spend, procurement, AP, expense, travel, and close. Diagnose where time and money are actually leaking, and define the optimal Ramp solution. - Solution design — Design and document the end-to-end solution: persona-based workflow design, approval and policy architecture, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation that a customer admin can maintain after go-live. - Hands-on configuration — Execute the core functional workstream. Configure Ramp to match the approved design: policies, approval chains, accounting rules, GL and dimension mapping, entity and multi-currency structures, roles and permissions. - Integrations and data — Work with customer IT, accounting, and security teams to scope and validate ERP and HRIS integrations, map and reconcile data, build against Ramp's APIs where standard connectors don't reach, and clear security reviews. - Agentic workflow enablement — Configure and tune Ramp's agentic finance capabilities for each customer's context: agent behavior, policy logic, prompt and rule design, exception handling. Help the customer's team understand what to hand to an agent and what to keep. - Training and enablement — Build and deliver the enablement program: admin certification, end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, and the documentation and in-product guidance that make it durable. Enablement is a deliverable, not a slide at the end. - Quality assurance and hypercare — Own QA: build test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, resolve defects, and run post-go-live hypercare until the customer is stable. - Adoption support — Consult on organizational change management alongside the CSM, and drive the functional adoption work that makes value stick after the project closes. IMPROVE HOW WE DELIVER - Document implementation approaches, customer needs, and lessons learned so the team can reuse what works - Help the Senior Manager, Professional Services refine playbooks, templates, tooling, and workflows based on delivery experience - Use customer feedback and delivery data to spot patterns, improve execution, and share practical recommendations - Contribute to enablement materials and share product and implementation knowledge with teammates PARTNER CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY - Maintain expert knowledge of the entire Ramp product suite, roadmap, APIs, and the third-party ecosystem it integrates with - Build the reusable assets that make the practice faster: configuration accelerators, templates, internal tooling, scripts, and best-practice guides — including AI-built tooling of your own - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Support to make the handoff from presales to implementation to steady state seamless - Bring patterns back to Product and Engineering: what customers keep asking for, what keeps breaking, what the product should do natively instead of being configured around WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Minimum of 1+ year at Ramp and a self proclaimed product expert, ability to not only consult on workflows but execute the build in product. - 3+ years in a customer-facing professional services, implementation, or solutions consulting role — with a track record delivering SaaS implementations at mid-market and enterprise scale - Hands-on builder — You configure, troubleshoot, and ship yourself. - Finance systems and process knowledge — Real working understanding of finance operations: the close, AP and expense workflows, approval and policy design, GL and chart-of-accounts structure, and how an ERP actually gets used. Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday, QuickBooks, or Xero. - AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI to accelerate delivery: to build configurations, generate documentation and training material, analyze customer data, and automate the repetitive parts of the job. Experience with AI workflow configuration — agent customization, prompt engineering, tuning — is a strong plus. - Enablement and training ability — You can teach. You've built training programs, run rooms of skeptical users, and produced documentation people actually use. - Multi-project discipline — You can prioritize across several concurrent engagements and hit committed dates on all of them. - Excellent communication — You translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business solutions, and you write well enough that your deliverables go to a CFO without an edit pass. NICE-TO-HAVES - Prior experience implementing spend management, procure-to-pay, expense, or corporate card platforms - Accounting or finance background (CPA, FP&A, controllership, or accounting operations) - Experience building agentic or AI-powered workflows for customers at scale - Familiarity with project management essentials and tooling (scope, schedule, budget; Smartsheet, Asana, Linear, Monday) - Big 4 or systems integrator consulting background - Experience in high-growth environments where the methodology was still being written - Willingness to travel up to 25% for critical project milestones BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. Who are we?
SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company. Since 2010, we've partnered with 250+ tech companies in 30+ countries to deliver secure customer and technical support. Looking for an account where your decisions shape the whole operation?

Join our supporters as a Key Account Manager. You'll work with our Chief Client Officer to help a client grow and lead the team behind it, joining a company trusted by Mastercard, Calm, and WeTransfer.

Sounds interesting? Let's see what it takes 💛

What you will do:

• Own the account. You'll be accountable for the account's overall health: operational performance, client relationship, and risks. You'll lead ops calls and regular business reviews, build relationships with several client stakeholders, and give client leadership an honest read of performance and risks.
• Manage the client relationship with confidence. You'll discuss SLA compliance, KPIs, and service delivery with the client, explain operational decisions, and present solutions. When needed, you'll push back diplomatically and defend the company's interests while balancing the client's needs. You'll take part in commercial discussions, with support from Legal and Finance on contracts, rates, and scope.
• Turn requests into plans. You'll turn vague asks into clear, scoped, and staffed workstreams, challenge what doesn't add up, and handle hard conversations about missed SLAs, escalations, or requests we won't take on.
• Maintain and improve operations. You'll keep a large existing Support operation running smoothly, spot weaknesses before they escalate, and drive improvements in SOPs, escalation paths, reporting, and handovers. After every serious SLA breach, you'll lead or coordinate a root-cause review that fixes the process, not the person, and follow up on the actions.
• Lead through leaders. You'll set priorities, delegate across the existing account team, and make sure decisions get implemented. You'll keep engagement and attrition on target and develop a successor so the account keeps moving while you're offline.
• Handle account administration. You'll stay hands-on with invoicing, account documentation, and onboarding and offboarding for a team of around 100 people.
• Plan for the travel calendar. You'll help prepare the team for peak seasons and disruptions, support service recovery, and adapt support to the real guest journey.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• English at C1 level or above.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in Customer Support operations, for example as a Support Manager, Head of Support, or Service Delivery Lead. Experience in related areas such as account management, service delivery, or customer success is a plus. Please note: General Account Management or Sales experience alone will not qualify for this role.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or booking platforms, for example hotels, travel companies, OTAs, or accommodation marketplaces.
• Experience managing Customer Support teams of 50+ people.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. You can explain your position clearly, push back diplomatically, and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven operational leadership and end-to-end ownership of a complex client account, including its performance, risks, and day-to-day health.
• Experience improving operational processes, such as SOPs, escalation paths, reporting, or root-cause reviews. You don't need to have built an operation from scratch.
• Availability to work hours that overlap with the client's schedule.
• The ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive when you only have 70% of the information.

Will be a plus:

• Direct experience with commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract renewals.
• A track record of growing accounts.
• Contract drafting or legal expertise.
• Advanced workforce management and forecasting skills.
• Experience with peak-season planning and service recovery.
• Experience with CRM or helpdesk platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Freshdesk.

Benefits:

• Providing services during business hours;
• Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely;
• Inclusive international environment;
• Compensation in USD;
• Rewards for referring friends;
• Balance between project workload and personal time, but also – internal health policy;
• Responsive leadership interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation;
• Greenhouse conditions for self-development;
• A culture built on trust, with no time-tracking requirements.
