What we need
We're a multi-location healthcare group in India that runs its entire patient operation on Bitrix24, from the first enquiry all the way through to long-term post-treatment care, across four locations and a contact centre team of around 70 users. The system is already heavily configured and connected to several other tools.
What we do not have is a dedicated Bitrix developer. We're looking for one person to own Bitrix development and improvement on an ongoing basis.
This is a holistic, ongoing CRM role, not a one-off project. We constantly need new automations, integrations, reports, configuration changes, and fixes. One current piece of work is integrating an AI voice caller and a WhatsApp chatbot with the CRM, but that is just one workstream among many.
What you'll work on
- Configuration: custom fields, pipelines, stages, lead categories, task types, source tracking
- Automation and business processes (BizProc): stage transitions, auto task creation, follow-up cycles, SLA-based triggers, notifications, escalations
- Integrations via REST API and webhooks: AI voice caller, WhatsApp chatbot, telephony dialer, automation tools (for example, n8n), calendar, email, and payment systems
- Lead routing and assignment logic across teams and locations
- Reporting and dashboards: conversion funnels, response times, follow-up completion, location-wise performance
- User roles, permissions, and access across locations
- CRM forms and web forms, and the lead-capture flow from websites and campaigns
- Data quality: deduplication, validation, cleanups, and migration
- Custom apps, modules, or widgets where standard Bitrix features are not enough
- Telephony and CTI features such as click-to-call and call logging
- Ongoing change requests, troubleshooting, support, and clear documentation
What you should genuinely know
Must have:
- Strong hands-on Bitrix24 experience, with deep knowledge of the CRM module (leads, deals, pipelines, tasks)
- Bitrix24 REST API, webhooks, and BizProc automation
- Custom field, pipeline, and access configuration
- Building integrations between Bitrix and external systems via APIs and webhooks
- PHP for Bitrix local or on-premise apps and modules, plus JavaScript for interface and widget work, and solid REST integration skills
- Reporting and analytics within Bitrix
- Comfort with multi-user, multi-location, role-based setups
- Clear communication and good documentation habits
Nice to have:
- Telephony and CTI integration experience
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n
- Healthcare or contact centre CRM experience
- WhatsApp Business and messaging integrations
- Experience with both Bitrix24 Cloud and On-Premise (self-hosted)
Setup
Flexible. We're open to full-time remote, full-time from our Gurgaon office, or a freelance/contract arrangement—whatever fits the right person.
