Bounteous is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Development Representative. This role is critical to building a pipeline by combining strong relationship skills with AI-enabled research, personalization, and outbound outreach.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Key Responsibilities

• Generate demand through targeted outbound communication using email, phone, and social channels, supported by AI-powered prospecting and personalization tools
• Meet and exceed lead generation and qualification targets
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, qualifying them for the business development team
• Nurture marketing-generated leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
• Conduct deep research on target accounts and individuals using AI-assisted research tools, intent data, and market signals
• Use CRM and sales automation platforms to manage leads, capture insights, and personalize outreach at scale
• Collaborate closely with marketing, technology, and business development teams to align messaging and outreach strategies
• Confidently host introductory presentations and solution overviews

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of B2B outbound prospecting experience preferred
• Comfort engaging with C-suite and senior leaders, including CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs
• Experience prospecting into Fortune 1000 organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly, including AI-driven sales and research platforms
• Must be capable of self-guided learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a fully remote environment is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is preferred but not required

$60,000 - $80,000 a yearThe range listed reflects the base salary for this role. Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role. This position is also eligible to participate in Bounteous' Business Development Commission plan, with details provided during the interview process.

The AI Shopping Agents team is building the next generation of e-commerce, creating entirely new ways for shoppers to discover products. About the Job

The primary focus of this job is to design, deliver & maintain web and data pipeline services in close collaboration with other engineers.

• Build, deploy, and support backend services
• Define cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Improve and operate our observability stack
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design, develop, and refine features
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside the team
• Contribute to data processing pipelines and ETL processes

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and server-side web development (API design, concurrency/asynchronous programming)
• Experience designing, building, and operating production backend services (performance, reliability, on-call/operations mindset)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud resource management (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP also fine)
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with observability: metrics/logs/traces, dashboards, and alerting
• Experience working with databases, including at least one relational and one NoSQL system (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)

• Experience with high-load and/or real-time systems

If you are a well off working with many clients, then this might not be the job for you. As I am looking for someone who is hungry and wanting to prove themselves. The job is not hard at all and honestly it shouldn't feel like a job or else you may be trying too hard to be a perfectionist (if this is a problem, no worries as I am a coach, so maybe we can work on this). Now onto the job:
I am looking for a long term partnership, not a one off project. I have 1000s of fire traveling pics and videos, I just hate editing videos + need to spend my time on other things. I have done extensive research on AI tools and literally none do what I am looking for which is basically just go through my photos and videos and create engaging content. I thought Apple intelligence would fix this, but not really as it favors pictures with your face in it when creating auto reels from memories. I have recently been messing around with capcut templates and honestly they do a pretty good job. I literally would have no problem with you just using capcut templates, though maybe adding your own little touch to it or whatever. I am looking for quantity over quality currently. After creating you will be using 'Late' to schedule all the posts which is easy, you just upload, create the caption and one click posts to all socials.
The price structure will portray as a do more and do a good job = get paid more. It won't be a high paying $20-$30 a hour as when getting paid by the hour people tend to slack off and 'milk the clock' per se. You will get paid either a low $x per hour or a monthly retainer + $x amount per 10 shorts created + $x on one performance metric. I am unsure of the performance metric as hard to pinpoint what would be the best factor to use. Also I am not dumb, I know you can buy views, likes, etc. (done this plenty back in the day), I know what fake metrics look like. So this is something we would have to discuss.
I'm not a hard guy to please nor am I a cheapskate, I just have been burned in the past with many hires (cough cough Upwork). So I want to ensure I am getting my money's worth and working with someone who wants to grow with me. I have two full time VA's right now and they are great. I will keep them around forever as long as they want to keep working with me and I am hoping you will be a great addition to the team :)
