• Translate agreed product direction and technical plans into executable work, milestones, and release or transition plans
• Maintain a clear execution backlog and capacity plan across KTLO, emergent support, planned work, and discretionary investment
• Coordinate dependencies across DEW and partner teams, surface delivery risks early, and drive issues to clear owners and decisions
• Partner with Product and Engineering on intake and tradeoffs, while communicating status, decisions, changes, and risks to stakeholders and customers
• Improve DEW’s operating system and team sustainability using production and service health metrics, with the goal of making delivery more predictable and DEW workflows more reliable

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager delivering technical tools, services, workflows, or complex software initiatives from planning through post-release support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Experience partnering with engineering leadership to clarify scope, manage dependencies, resolve risks, and deliver against commitments
• Experience managing execution backlogs across planned work, operational work, defects, and emergent requests
• Strong judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into plans, decisions, owners, and follow-through
• Experience working across disciplines, organizations, and time zones using Agile or Lean practices such as Scrum or Kanban; technical education or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience managing stakeholders, gathering and aligning on requirements across service development teams, and translating them into prioritized, executable work for the team
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, understanding scope and dependencies, navigating constraints, and prioritizing team efforts based on impact and capacity
• Experience identifying operational and development challenges, facilitating resolution, and driving issues to clear decisions
• Proficiency with Jira, Notion, or similar planning and collaboration tools

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in game development or a strong understanding of how technical teams build game features for a modern live-service game
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine and the workflows used by engineers, designers, artists, and QA
• Experience using delivery metrics, operational data, automation, or AI-assisted tools to improve execution, reliability, or team efficiency

ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Buying something for a business should not require finance teams to piece together requests, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices across disconnected systems. Ramp is building a procurement experience that helps employees get what they need, gives finance teams control over commitments, and helps businesses pay for what they actually received. As a Product Manager for Ramp’s Procurement offering, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp’s core procurement capabilities, including sourcing, requisition, approval workflows, renewals, purchase orders, receiving, two- and three-way matching, and inventory management. You will work with Engineering, Design, and Data to turn complex purchasing and accounting requirements into products that are easy to start using and reliable as customers grow. AI creates an opportunity to rethink this work: build agentic buying experiences for employees, automate work for approvers and stakeholders, and businesses make better purchasing decisions. You will decide where automation can take work off a customer’s plate, where a direct workflow is faster, and where a person needs to review or approve an action. Success means customers get value quickly, adopt the product in their everyday work, and spend less time chasing information and correcting errors. This role requires working in person at our NYC or SF office at least two days per week. Please note that this role requires in-person presence at our NYC or SF office at least 2 days/week. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the strategy and roadmap for Ramp’s Procurement pod. Make clear choices about which customer problems to solve, how the capabilities fit together, and what to build next. - Build connected workflows across sourcing, requisition, approvals, renewals, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and inventory management. Partner with Bill Pay, Accounting, and platform teams so purchasing records and decisions carry through to payment and customers’ ERP systems. - Spend time with finance teams, procurement leaders, purchasing operators, and employees. Turn observed friction into simpler experiences for first-time customers and powerful workflows for complex organizations. - Build AI-powered experiences that complete useful work, such as finding new vendors, managing a renewal, drafting a request from a contract, or helping resolve a receipt and invoice discrepancy. Prototype with customers and decide what should be automated, suggested, or handled through direct user controls. - Make automation dependable. Partner with Engineering and Data to define quality measures, test realistic customer scenarios, learn from corrections, and provide clear explanations, approval boundaries, audit trails, and recovery when something goes wrong. - Own outcomes beyond launch. Define and improve activation, repeat usage, time to complete purchasing work, and the accuracy of matching and exception resolution. Use data and customer research to choose the next iteration. - Lead execution with engineers and designers, make scope and sequencing tradeoffs, and align partner teams on dependencies. Work with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Experience to turn customer commitments into repeatable product capabilities and support successful adoption. WHAT YOU NEED - At least three years of product management or equivalent product-building experience, with evidence of owning a product area from customer discovery through launch and measurable adoption. - Strong product judgment and systems thinking. You can simplify complex workflows while preserving the controls and flexibility customers need. - Hands-on AI fluency, demonstrated through products, prototypes, or meaningful projects. You can reason about model quality, latency, cost, and user control, and choose where AI improves the experience. - Technical and analytical fluency, developed through a technical or analytical degree or equivalent practical experience. You can work with engineers on data models and integrations, use data to investigate problems, and build prototypes to test ideas. - Deep customer curiosity and strong design judgment. You can learn unfamiliar purchasing and finance workflows, distinguish recurring needs from one-off requests, and make the product easier to use. - A track record of leading cross-functional teams, setting priorities, making difficult tradeoffs, and delivering outcomes through others. - Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a product direction, a complex workflow, and the reasoning behind a decision to technical and non-technical audiences. NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience with procurement, purchasing, inventory management, accounts payable, or accounting software, including purchase orders, receiving, matching, and exception handling. - Experience shipping AI-powered products used in production, including document understanding, agent workflows, and evaluation systems. - Experience with ERP integrations, multi-entity businesses, or enterprise approval and permission models. - Experience building products where accuracy and trust matter, with meaningful auditability, user controls, and recovery paths. - Experience at a high-growth startup, taking new products from initial concept to sustained use or scaling an existing product. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work. THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships. THE OPPORTUNITY Great creative starts with a sharp idea, and the earlier it arrives, the better the work gets. As our Creative Strategist & Producer, you bring ideas in at the start of a campaign and you can also make them. Up to half the role is writing complete, concept-led briefs for paid static and motion, and sometimes organic and social, then briefing them into our creatives and designers. The other half is making work yourself, in whatever format you’re strongest at. You also help Product Marketing and Performance Marketing write stronger briefs of their own. This role is for a proactive self-starter. Nobody will hand you the idea: you go and find it, pitch it and get it made. You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You work daily with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing, who bring deep knowledge of the product and the media channels, and with the creatives who bring your briefs to life. - Spot opportunities in culture every day. Watch pop culture, trends, competitors, comments and performance data, and turn what you find into ideas we ship the same week. Stay close to financial markets and to Kraken’s audience. - Write complete, concept-led briefs for paid static and motion, built with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing, and brief them into the performance creatives and designers. - Help Product Marketing and Performance Marketing managers sharpen their own briefs, bringing the concept, the hook and the cultural angle to the start of the process. - Pitch original concepts for paid and social before anyone asks, so ideas reach the team already sharp. - Make your own content for paid and organic. The format is open: you could be a meme machine, an AI video specialist, someone who performs to camera, or something we haven’t thought of. What matters is that it feels native to the feed and ships fast. - Use performance data and social listening as creative input, and get more distinct angles into tests each Marketing owns test design and readouts; you own the creative response. - React inside the news cycle. You spot the moment, and you brief it or make it yourself. - Partner with Product Marketing and compliance to get work approved without losing the idea. - Keep your briefs and files clean enough for other people to build on. WHAT YOU BRING - 5+ years in creative strategy, social, content or performance creative at a high-volume in-house team, brand or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category. - A portfolio submitted with your application. Include two or three concept-led briefs or concept decks, with what shipped and how it performed where you’re able to share it, plus work you made yourself in the formats that are your strength. Include one idea you spotted in culture or data and took to market, with a short note on what the results told you and what you changed. - A proactive, self-starting way of working. You find the idea, pitch it and drive it to be shipped without waiting to be asked, and you’re comfortable owning your workflow with light direction. - Pop-culture fluency and a chronically online persona, with comedic instinct and a sense for what’s about to feel dated. - A performance marketer’s grip on what a good brief needs: a clear objective, audience, hook, platform, format and set of constraints, and the ability to coach others toward it. - A creative superpower you can execute on alone, with shipped work to show for it. - Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and X. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one. - Fluency in the metrics creative moves, and the habit of using performance data and social listening as inputs to ideas. - A solid copywriting instinct. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon. - Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with concepts that survive risk warnings and market-specific requirements. - Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes. Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
