Who are we? SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company. Since 2010, we've partnered with 250+ tech companies in 30+ countries to deliver secure customer and technical support. Looking for an account where your decisions shape the whole operation?
Join our supporters as a Key Account Manager. You'll work with our Chief Client Officer to help a client grow and lead the team behind it, joining a company trusted by Mastercard, Calm, and WeTransfer.
Sounds interesting? Let's see what it takes 💛
What you will do:
Own the account. You'll be responsible for its commercial results, operations, and reputation. You'll run ops calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly strategy sessions, and give client leadership an honest read of performance and risks.
Negotiate on both sides. With the client, you'll agree on SLAs, KPIs, rates, and scope we can deliver, and you'll work with Legal and Finance on MSAs, SOWs, and amendments. Internally, you'll secure headcount, hiring priority, tooling, and training capacity.
Turn requests into plans. You'll turn vague asks into scoped, costed, and staffed workstreams, push back when something doesn't add up, and handle hard conversations about missed SLAs, escalations, or requests we won't take on.
Build and launch teams. You'll set up new teams from zero, including hiring, training, QA, reporting, and go-live, then hand them to a lead. You'll also grow language and time-zone coverage across our hubs as the client enters new markets.
Create structure. You'll set up SOPs, escalation paths, QA criteria, knowledge base ownership, and shift handovers. After every serious miss, you'll run a root-cause review that fixes the process, not the person.
Plan for the travel calendar. You'll prepare the team for peak seasons and disruptions, lead service recovery, and adapt support to the real guest journey.
Lead through leaders. You'll build the team lead and supervisor layer, keep attrition and engagement on target, and grow at least one successor so the account keeps moving while you're offline.
What you need to succeed in this role:
English at C1 level or above.
Hands-on experience in hospitality, such as working in hotels, travel companies, OTAs, or booking platforms.
2+ years leading operations, account management, service delivery, or customer success. This includes running 24/7 teams of 100+ people through team leads.
A track record of growing accounts, such as launching a new service line or team, and building processes from close to nothing, including SOPs, QA, and escalations.
Experience with peak-season planning, service recovery, and workforce management, including forecasting, scheduling, occupancy, and shrinkage.
Confidence with CRM, helpdesk, and WFM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
Real negotiation experience with client decision-makers.
The ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive when you only have 70% of the information.
Benefits:
Providing services during business hours;
Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely;
Inclusive international environment;
Compensation in USD;

Tech Lead and Manager (TLM), Production Engineering
RampNew York, NY (HQ)
ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT PRODUCTION ENGINEERING Production Engineering is Ramp's infrastructure ownership layer. We exist to make Ramp faster, more reliable, and more scalable — and we do that by being embedded in the problems, not adjacent to them. A few things that define how we operate: - One team, one company, one objective. There is no "infra team" and "product team" — there is Ramp. We share the company's goals as our own. When a product team struggles with reliability or scalability, that is our struggle. - If reliability or scalability is at risk, we own it. We don't wait to be invited, and we don't ask whose code it is. If a system is slow, if it breaks, if it won't scale — that's ours to lead, regardless of where it lives in the stack. - We go first, and we go fast. When the path isn't obvious, we don't wait for someone else to find it. We move with urgency, propose the solution, align the stakeholders, and stay in until it's done — not until our ticket is closed. - We lead the way. We find the next problem before it finds us. And when we solve it, we don't just fix it for ourselves — the patterns and standards we establish become the foundation the rest of Ramp builds on. That's not a side effect of the job; it's the job. - We stay calibrated. Speed means nothing if we're moving in the wrong direction. We regularly stop and ask honestly whether what we're working on is still the highest-leverage thing we could be doing — the discipline that makes sure our effort compounds toward what actually matters. You cannot build the future of finance on shaky infrastructure. OUR TEAMS Production Engineering is organized into teams — but we think about teams differently. Teams are mutable. We build them around what needs to be done, not around what we need to do given the teams we already have. The structure below reflects our current priorities; it will evolve as Ramp does. Right now, we operate across four areas: - Compute — the foundation everything runs on: container orchestration, networking, load balancing, edge infrastructure, and the deployment systems that get code from engineers' laptops to production reliably and at scale - Storage — databases, caching, object storage, and the data infrastructure that underpins everything - Workflows & Messaging — the systems that power Ramp's financial workflows and event-driven architecture - Internal Infrastructure — the platform that makes every builder at Ramp faster and more autonomous: observability, cost attribution, and CI/CD systems that give teams visibility into what they build and what it costs WHAT YOU'LL DO Production Engineers at Ramp are full software engineers who happen to specialize in infrastructure. You write production code, you own systems end-to-end, and you drive technical outcomes across the organization — not just within your team. Day to day, you will: - Build and operate critical infrastructure across Ramp's compute, storage, messaging, and observability stack — owning the systems that handle real financial transactions at scale. - Drive architectural change — not just flag problems. When you surface a reliability or scalability issue, you own the path forward: you propose the solution, find the owners across engineering, and stay in until it's resolved. - Partner with product teams at the design phase — reviewing architectures, embedding golden paths, and making it easy to build correctly the first time. - Build Ramp's next level of scale — you'll be a hands-on contributor to the most consequential infrastructure shift happening right now: our move to a cellular architecture, enabling Ramp to scale, reach international markets, operate in highly regulated and constrained environments . FedRAMP), and deliver on enterprise-grade SLAs. - Enable AI-native engineering — as Ramp builds increasingly AI-powered products, PE is the team that makes sure the platform can support them. You'll proactively partner with product teams on AI infrastructure patterns, define the golden paths that turn one-off solutions into reusable foundations, and stay ahead of emerging challenges before they become blockers. - Build developer tooling and self-service infrastructure — so that other teams can answer their own questions (cost, performance, reliability) without involving PE. - Participate in on-call rotation — and more importantly, use every incident as a signal to eliminate the root cause, not just resolve the symptom. - Lead across the company — PE doesn't just review designs or show up when called. We proactively initiate cross-team architectural reviews, and we take full ownership of company-wide reliability and scalability initiatives: identifying the problem, proposing the solution, aligning the stakeholders, and staying in until it's done. WHAT WE LOOK FOR We don't hire for a checklist. We hire for the instincts that make someone exceptional on this team. The mindset we're looking for: - You can't walk past something broken without wanting to fix it — and you don't stop at the workaround. You find the root cause and eliminate the class of problem. - You think in systems, not tasks. You understand that "fixing the bug" is step one; making it so the bug can't happen again is the job. - You move with urgency but without chaos. You know when to go fast and when to slow down and do it right. - You treat product teams as your users. You build for them, communicate with them proactively, and measure success by how much faster they can ship. But you're also an owner — when something is broken or blocking, you don't wait to be asked. We win when our customers win. - You leave things better than you found them. Every system you touch, every process you encounter — you move it forward. Not always dramatically, but always directionally. You picked it up in a certain state; you leave it in a better one. - You are equally comfortable reading a database query plan, reviewing a system design doc, writing a Terraform module, and jumping into an incident at 2am. Experience profile: - 2+ years of software engineering experience shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems - Strong software engineering fundamentals — you write clean, well-tested, production-ready code - Hands-on experience with distributed systems at production scale - Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred) - Familiarity with observability practices (SLOs, error budgets, alerting, dashboards) - Track record of leading technical projects end-to-end, including cross-team coordination - Comfortable using AI tooling and coding agents as part of your everyday engineering workflow — we expect our engineers to leverage these tools to move faster and think bigger Bonus (not required): - Experience with cellular or multi-tenant architecture patterns - Prior work on workflow orchestration systems (Temporal) - Contributions to developer experience or internal platform tooling - Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (FedRAMP, SOC 2) BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. Principal Software Engineer, Core Services
RobloxSan Mateo, CA, United States
Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators.
At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.
A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.
Core Services builds the foundational services and software infrastructure behind Roblox’s global platform. Our work includes the C#/.NET and Rust frameworks, shared libraries, and runtime integrations that engineers use to build and operate production services.
As a Principal Software Engineer on the Core Services team you will solve problems spanning distributed systems, concurrency, memory management, API design, and developer experience. You will improve the performance and reliability of our C# ecosystem, expand our Rust infrastructure, and develop shared components and interoperability patterns across both languages. Your work will help teams adopt better foundations safely, with improvements that compound across Roblox’s service fleet.
This role combines hands-on systems engineering with technical leadership. You will work with service owners and infrastructure partners to turn complex platform capabilities into reliable, usable building blocks, and own their evolution from design through production adoption.
You Will
Build and evolve shared C#/.NET and Rust frameworks, libraries, and SDKs, including HTTP/gRPC infrastructure, caching, configuration, and observability.
Investigate performance from application code through the runtime: allocation pressure, garbage collection, lock contention, asynchronous execution, serialization, and network overhead.
Design safe, efficient managed/native interoperability with explicit ownership, error handling, cancellation, and compatibility contracts.
Create stable, usable APIs and lead their evolution across teams, balancing extensibility, performance, operational safety, and maintenance cost.
Build automation for framework upgrades and service migrations, including AI-assisted workflows supported by compatibility tests, benchmarks, traffic replay, and canary evidence.
Partner with deployment and service teams to make library changes easier to adopt, detect regressions early, and support safe rollout and rollback.
Lead ambiguous technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and measure outcomes in reliability, resource efficiency, adoption, and developer productivity.
You have
Deep production experience in C#/.NET or Rust, with the ability and interest to work effectively across both ecosystems.
Experience building and evolving reusable libraries, SDKs, frameworks, or runtime infrastructure adopted by multiple teams.
Strong fundamentals in concurrency, asynchronous programming, memory management, networking, and distributed systems.
A track record of diagnosing complex production problems and delivering measurable performance or reliability improvements.
Experience designing stable APIs and managing compatibility, versioning, dependencies, and adoption across dependent systems.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Particularly valuable experience
.NET runtime internals, GC and allocation optimization, thread-pool behavior, or production profiling.
Rust ownership and lifetimes, async runtimes, concurrent data structures, or performance-sensitive library design.
Managed/native interoperability, FFI, native memory diagnostics, or cross-platform packaging.
Contract-driven code generation, serialization, compatibility testing, or large-scale framework migrations.
Automated validation and rollout of shared dependencies across a service fleet.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Annual Salary Range $345,040-$399,420 USD Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Corporate Counsel
Acquisition.comRemote, USA
ROLE The Corporate Counsel is s day-to-day, first-line legal resource and the General Counsel's primary force multiplier. The advisory practice, live workshops and events, sales, marketing, operations, and the technology products that support them all bring their legal questions here first. This person answers most matters on their own, directs the paralegal and legal operations specialist to keep intake and contracts moving, and escalates to the General Counsel immediately when a matter calls for it. This is a hands-on, high-volume role. Requests get picked up when they arrive, not queued. Nobody has to ask twice. The work stays excellent at that pace. RESPONSIBILITIES COMMERCIAL & CORPORATE - Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements across the business, including vendor contracts, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, sponsorship and partnership agreements, and event and venue contracts. - Carries a mixed docket of dozens of open matters across entities and business units, and re-prioritizes constantly without dropping anything. - Owns day-to-day privacy, data protection, and information security questions, including consent practices and vendor data terms. Escalates regulatory strategy to the General Counsel. - Supports the General Counsel on investment documents, diligence, and litigation matters (drafting, discovery, and outside counsel coordination) as needed. MARKETING & SALES COMPLIANCE - Reviews marketing, advertising, and sales materials for FTC Act Section 5 compliance, including testimonials, earnings claims, and required disclosures. - Advises sales on outbound calling and texting compliance, including the TCPA and state telemarketing rules. - Works with marketing, sales, and technology to keep improving the compliance program. LEGAL OPERATIONS - Directs the paralegal and legal operations specialist, including workload, day-to-day priorities, and development. - Owns intake quality: scopes unclear requests up front and reframes the ask before work starts, not after. - Holds the same-day acknowledgment standard. Every request gets a response, an owner, and a realistic timeline, even when the full answer takes longer. - Maintains and improves templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows so turnaround time keeps falling as volume grows. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP - Serves as the standing legal contact for internal teams, so they get fast answers without going through the general counsel. - Flags risk and negotiation leverage to procurement and business owners during vendor and partner discussions. - Reviews people operations forms, policies, and processes, with the general counsel as primary on anything ELT-sensitive. - Finds problems, owns them, and drives them to resolution. RESULTS - Intake runs on a defined process with clear SLAs. The business knows where to go and what to expect. Deadlines are met, and when a timeline has to move, the business hears about it early and knows why. - The general counsel is freed from day-to-day contract and tactical work to focus on litigation, regulatory strategy, and board-level matters. - Internal teams treat this role as their first call for legal questions, not a bottleneck. - Business leaders describe legal as fast, commercially practical, and worth looping in early. Legal is part of the conversation before signature, not after it. - The paralegal and legal operations specialist are clearly directed, growing, and working as one unit. REQUIREMENTS - . and active bar membership in good standing. - 3+ years of relevant experience, including in-house at a high-growth company, covering commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and general business advising. - Hands-on experience with FTC Act Section 5 and advertising compliance. Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and the TCPA strongly preferred. - Experience running and improving legal operations: intake workflows, contract lifecycle management, matter tracking, or legal technology. - Experience directing paralegal or legal operations staff. - Background supporting advisory, professional services, events, or tech businesses preferred. Investment or fund exposure is a plus. - Uses AI and automation first, while knowing where human review is required. - Explains legal issues clearly to non-lawyers and builds trust across sales, operations, marketing, and vendor-facing teams. HOW YOU OPERATE - You act as a business partner, not a checkpoint, and you get to yes in ways that make sense for the business. - You say no rarely enough that it carries weight. When you do, you hold the position under pressure and offer a workable alternative, so the business leaves with a path forward rather than a blocker. - You separate material risk from noise, decide quickly with imperfect information, and treat speed as an advantage rather than a trade-off against quality. - You know exactly when a matter belongs with the general counsel, and you escalate it without hesitation. - Excellence is the baseline, not the goal. LOCATION - Remote, USA - Some light travel to Las Vegas may be required COMPENSATION - $158,000 - $238,000 base salary + 10% bonus - The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below). BENEFITS: We offer a comprehensive, evolving benefits package designed to support your health, family, and wellbeing. Some key offerings: - Flexible Unlimited Paid Time Off and Company-wide Holidays - Employer sponsored Medical, Dental, & Vision plans - $1,950 annual Employer HSA contribution - FSA options including dependent care - Employee assistance program and mental health resources - Employer match program for 401(k), eligible for both Traditional and Roth accounts - $1,200 annual wellness reimbursement through JOON / that supports health, family care, pet care, fitness, and more! - For local or visiting team members, enjoy access to a state of the art gym at our HQ in Las Vegas * Benefits eligibility applies only to full-time exempt roles. ACQ CORE VALUES: Our core values are the heart and soul of this incredible company. The right person for this role will appreciate each of these values, personally subscribe to them, and understand why each is critical to having a great business. COMPETITIVE GREATNESS Be at your best when your best is needed. Enjoyment of a hard challenge. Those who have the drive to constantly improve, the superior intellect and long term commitment to see incremental improvements become compounding returns. SINCERE CANDOR Have the self awareness to accurately perceive and communicate hard truths that improve others and self, the courage to do so, and the humility to accept them, even when it hurts. Nothing great can be built without feedback: internally or externally. UNIMPEACHABLE CHARACTER Be the type of person with whom people are always proud to associate, personally and professionally. We look for true alignment of thoughts, words, and actions towards a goal worth pursuing.

Sobre esta função
Benefits:
Providing services during business hours;
Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely;
Inclusive international environment;
Compensation in USD;
Rewards for referring friends;
Balance between project workload and personal time, but also – internal health policy;
Responsive leadership interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation;
Greenhouse conditions for self-development;
A culture built on trust, with no time-tracking requirements.
*The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement. Certain benefits and conditions typically apply to employees; independent contractors may not be eligible for all of these. The specific terms, including compensation, benefits, and work conditions, will be clearly defined in your agreement if selected.
You can learn more about the company and its culture by visiting the official website and social pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
So if you are a proactive Account Manager who excels at building strong client relationships and driving results, grab the chance to collaborate with us and send your CV in English.
Know someone perfect for the role? Refer them and get rewarded!
We adhere to the principles of equal treatment of candidates and prohibit discrimination on any grounds protected by law.
Your personal data will be processed as described in the SupportYourApp Candidate Privacy Notice.
