Cloud DevOps Engineer

Azumo builds and operates production AI systems for companies ranging from seed-stage startups to Meta. We are hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure those systems run on: the clusters, the pipelines that deploy to them, and the monitoring that says whether any of it is healthy. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to your client's working day.

You will not be handed a runbook. Azumo has shipped production infrastructure since 2016, and the work here is in systems that are already live: what breaks, what a cluster costs to run, and what nobody has automated yet because it was always easier to do by hand.

Where this role sits

At Azumo, ownership is split by what gets built: the pipelines, the method behind a decision, the product, and what an AI system does once it's live. This role owns what all of it runs on — clusters, deployment, and the infrastructure those systems depend on to stay up.

A system that is down, a slow query nobody escalates, a cluster that costs more than it should: they are all yours. Recovery first, root cause after, and the change that keeps it from happening again.

What you will build

• Clusters that hold. Kubernetes in production — provisioning, upgrades, networking, and the workload configuration that decides whether a bad deploy takes one service down or all of them.
• Infrastructure as code. Terraform or equivalent, with environments reproducible from the repository rather than from memory, and drift that gets detected instead of discovered.
• Delivery pipelines. CI/CD that developers and QA can rely on, container images that are built the same way every time, and deployments to production that are unremarkable.
• Observability and response. Monitoring and alerting that fires on what matters, plus the investigation, the root cause and the follow-up change when something does break.
• Infrastructure for AI workloads. The clusters and inference services the AI Engineer lane deploys onto, whether that's hosted APIs or models we run ourselves, with the cost and scaling profile each one brings.
• Cost and capacity. What the infrastructure costs to run, what it would cost at three times the traffic, and which of the two problems is worth solving now.
• Hardening. Linux, Kubernetes, containers and the service mesh secured as a default rather than as a project, with secrets, access and audit trails that survive a client's review.
• Tooling, documentation and support. The internal tooling your own team runs on, the documentation that makes any of it operable by someone else, and the developers and QA you unblock during the release cycle.
• Work inside the client's environment, when that's the engagement. Some of this work runs on Azumo's own infrastructure and some inside a client's — their repositories, their cloud account, their change process. Azumo is SOC 2 certified, client code stays in client repositories, and some engagements carry additional requirements such as HIPAA.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years as a DevOps, SRE or systems engineer running production infrastructure, with the fundamentals that go with it: Linux administration, networking, Git, and scripting in Bash plus Python or Go.
• Kubernetes in production, at depth: not only deploying to a cluster someone else built, but provisioning, upgrading and debugging one when it misbehaves.
• Infrastructure as code as your working practice: Terraform or equivalent, with state, modules and environment parity you can defend.

As Principal Product Manager for Subscriptions and Growth, you will own the long-term strategy and roadmap for subscriptions: what subscribers get, why they join, why they stay, and how the subscription business compounds over time. You will work across nearly every team at Roblox, and directly with our developer community, to build benefits that only a subscription can deliver. You will:

• Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Roblox subscriptions, including the subscriber value proposition, tiering, pricing, and the multi-year vision for where the product goes next.
• Drive acquisition and retention as a business owner : grow the subscriber base, improve conversion through the funnel, reduce churn, and expand internationally.
• Define and ship new subscriber benefits that meaningfully upgrade the experience, partnering with teams across the company to bring their surfaces and features into the subscription.
• Work directly with developers and creators to build developer-led subscription offerings, making it compelling for them to create value that is exclusive to or enhanced for subscribers.
• Build and run a rigorous growth experimentation program and hold the bar on statistical and decision-making quality.
• Own the metrics and business impact of subscriptions, from subscriber penetration and retention cohorts through to bookings, and communicate that story to executive leadership.
• Set the product standard for the broader team, mentoring other PMs and raising the quality of strategy, writing, and execution across the group.

You have:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in consumer subscription and growth products.
• Experience operating at principal or staff level: setting direction for a large, cross-company initiative and driving it through teams you do not own.
• Deep growth experimentation expertise, including A/B testing methodology, funnel analysis, cohort and lifecycle measurement, and knowing the limits of what a test can tell you.
• A technical approach: delving into product, platform, and implementation details, and the ability to engage engineering on scalable, extensible solutions.
• A data-driven approach: proficiency identifying, defining, tracking, and acting upon metrics, and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication: the ability to convey strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs at the 30,000-foot level as well as produce clear, detailed product specifications.
• Experience with marketplace, platform, or creator-economy products, or with subscriptions in a two-sided ecosystem.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. As the Product Manager for US Public Sector, you will own the roadmap that brings the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to every tier of the US Government mission, from federal civilian agencies and state and local governments to the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Your surface spans the full accreditation spectrum: FedRAMP on commercial clouds, the sovereign AWS GovCloud and Azure Government regions, and classified environments up to Top Secret.

You will define the product strategy to identify, prioritize, and sequence where Databricks should invest next. As the voice of the government customer inside Databricks, you will shape and influence roadmaps across R&D so that our latest Data and AI innovations reach mission owners without compromising on security or sovereignty. You will partner cross-functionally with R&D, security, legal, GTM, and support teams, and directly with the public-sector field team, to enable adoption across the most demanding regulated environment in the world, empowering government customers to focus on their mission while relying on Databricks to meet the bar.

The impact you will have

• Own the US public-sector product offerings end to end — from FedRAMP on commercial clouds, to AWS GovCloud and Azure Government, to DoD Impact Levels and classified environments.
• Design new features, and adapt existing ones, to meet the specific needs of the US Government and its regulated environments.
• Ensure compliance and authorization processes scale with Databricks’ rapid growth and with each new region and impact level.
• Launch public-sector offerings in close partnership with GTM and the public-sector field teams to accelerate adoption of Databricks’ Data and AI capabilities across federal, defense, Intelligence Community, and State, Local and Education customers.
• Partner with the Security Assurance, Corporate Operations, Sales and Engineering teams to define the company-wide public-sector compliance roadmap across all clouds, prioritizing and sequencing the authorizations (FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, and beyond) that open new government markets.
• Partner with cloud providers to coordinate product launches and obtain capabilities needed to support regulated customers.

What we look for

• Product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products, with experience delivering successful customer-facing products/features.
• Proven ability to lead customer conversations, write PRDs, define success metrics, prioritize features, and guide engineering and design execution
• Domain expertise in the US public-sector compliance and accreditation — e.g., FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL4/5/6), and NIST 800-53 — and with government cloud (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) or classified deployments
