What You'll Do
Epic Games Art Ops team is looking for a smart, creative Software Development Engineer in Test Intern. Art Ops is the team that builds the tools, pipelines, and Al workflows our artists use for game development and emerging tech every day. This role focuses on testing those internal tools and frameworks; you'll embed with our team of engineers and technical artists to help design and build everything from Cl pipelines, test plans, and integration tests for our web apps to checks that tell us how well our Al tools are performing.
In this role, you will
Write test plans for new tools and features, then turn them into automated tests
Help design and build the test framework our team will use going forward, with our engineers reviewing your code
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for our web apps and pipeline tools
Test how Al tools and workflows perform when new models are released, and help build ways to measure their performance
Support weekly release testing and turn repeated manual checks into automated tests
Investigate test failures, determine why a test broke, and share results with the team
Use Al-assisted tools to help run, write, and triage tests, and review what they produce
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
Comfortable writing code in at least one modern OOP language such as Python, C++, or C#, through coursework or personal projects
Basic understanding of software testing, such as unit and integration testing
Familiarity with a version control system
Interest in Al for content and code generation
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to confidently collaborate with senior team members and take feedback on technical topics and features
Willingness to dive into new things and drive them forward
A personal project repository or demo portfolio is required
Some experience with test frameworks like Jest, Pytest, or Playwright, Cl systems like GitHub Actions, or Al evaluation tools like LangChain or DeepEval is desired
Exposure to art tools such as Unreal Engine, Maya, or Houdini, or interest in how artists work is highly desired
This internship has a flexible start date in 2027. Recruitment will be ongoing until teams find an ideal match. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the posting location for the duration of the internship. For more information about Epic’s Early Career Program, visit epicgames.com/earlycareers. The Conversational Platform team builds the AI-powered support experiences that help players, parents and creators get answers and resolve issues quickly, along with the reusable platform that brings this capability to teams and creators across Roblox.
As Senior Product Manager for Roblox Conversational Platform, you will own the product for all Roblox support experiences and build the conversational intelligence layer that automates customer support at Roblox scale. You will turn that technology into reusable platform components that other teams across the company can adopt, and extend it to our creator community so developers can support their own players with bug reports, feature requests, refunds, and more. The same platform will also power support for creators on Creator Platform issues. You will lead large, cross-team initiatives, partnering deeply with Engineering, ML, Design, Data Science, Customer Support Operations, and Creator teams, and raise the bar for product excellence across the organization.
You will:
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for Roblox support experiences across web, mobile, and in-experience surfaces, serving players, parents, and creators.
Build the conversational intelligence layer that automates customer support, including LLM-powered agents, intent understanding, knowledge retrieval, and secure integrations that let agents take action on a user's behalf, such as account recovery, purchase issues, and refunds.
Platformize the technology by designing reusable components such as agent orchestration, knowledge management, tool and action frameworks, evaluation and quality tooling, and human handoff, so other teams across Roblox can build their own conversational experiences on top of it.
Extend the platform to the creator community, giving developers the tools to support their own player base with bug reports, feature requests, refunds, and more.
Bring the platform to creator support, using it to resolve Creator Platform issues for the developers building on Roblox.
Set the quality bar and success metrics, such as automated resolution rate, accuracy, CSAT, time to resolution, and cost per contact, and build the evaluation and experimentation practices to improve them over time.
Partner deeply with Engineering, ML, Design, Data Science, Customer Support Operations, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Creator teams to deliver reliable, safe, and helpful support experiences.
Represent Conversational Platform in senior forums, driving alignment on strategy, tradeoffs, and platform adoption through clear written narratives and data-driven reviews.
You have:
5-8+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on conversational AI, customer support or CX technology, or AI/ML platform products.
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered products in production, such as AI agents, chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation, or classification systems, including how to evaluate and improve model quality over time.
A proven track record building platforms: reusable APIs, services, or components adopted by multiple internal or external teams.
Strong technical depth and experience partnering with ML and infrastructure engineers on system architecture, model tradeoffs across quality, latency, and cost, and integrations with backend systems.
Familiarity with customer support operations and tooling, including ticketing and case management, agent workflows, knowledge bases, and the metrics that drive them.
Experience operating at a senior scope, setting strategy for a major product area, leading cross-org initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Expert written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build clear narratives, efficiently drive alignment across teams, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
Bonus: experience building for developer or creator ecosystems, or for products used by younger audiences.
You are:
Customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of what it feels like to be a player locked out of an account, a parent with a safety concern, or a creator whose experience is broken, and motivated to resolve their issues quickly and with care.
A platform thinker who designs for reuse and connects today's support needs to a long-term vision for conversational intelligence across Roblox.
Safety- and quality-minded, holding a high bar for accuracy, privacy, and responsible AI, and clear on when automation should hand off to a person.
Comfortable with ambiguity, able to bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving AI space without waiting for perfect information.
A trusted cross-functional partner who builds strong relationships with Engineering, ML, Design, Data, and Operations teams and works through complex tradeoffs together.
Calm and decisive under pressure, able to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic bets.

Lead Product Marketing Manager - Verticals
RampNew York, NY (HQ)
ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar. We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage. You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win. This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Set the vertical portfolio strategy. Build the business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order that determine where Ramp invests and where it does not. - Own the vertical business number. Define the scorecard for each priority vertical: pipeline, win rate, attach, workflow adoption, product activation, channel performance, and customer proof. - Become the market expert. Understand the financial workflows, buying dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology ecosystems, and competitive landscape of each priority industry. - Influence the product roadmap. Translate market evidence into clear product requirements and help Product distinguish table stakes from differentiators. - Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives. Package Ramp's cards, expenses, accounts payable, procurement, banking, treasury, travel, and accounting automation around the jobs each vertical needs to get done. - Own GTM strategy end to end. Define the ICP, audience, positioning, claims, proof, channel strategy, launch plan, sales motion, and adoption plan for each priority vertical. - Lead market-facing programs. Represent Ramp in the industry through webinars, customer sessions, partner moments, field events, advisory groups, and executive conversations where domain credibility matters. - Make Sales better at winning. Build workflow-based pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, competitive guidance, and demos that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of Ramp products. - Run the operating cadence. Bring Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance into one readout: what is moving, what is stuck, what we learned, and what changes next. - Build the customer and partner feedback loop. Develop trusted relationships with finance leaders, operators, ERP and implementation partners, associations, and sellers closest to the market. - Create the verticalization playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking a vertical from market signal to product requirements, GTM package, measurable growth motion, and scaled investment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, growth, sales strategy, or another strategic GTM function, including significant ownership of product or industry outcomes. - Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for a specific industry or workflow-heavy market. You should arrive with a strong point of view on verticalization. - Deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Construction or A&E software, accounting and ERP workflows, nonprofits, public sector, procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations. - A record of influencing product strategy using customer, competitive, market, and funnel evidence. - Experience owning integrated B2B campaigns from audience definition and brief through execution, measurement, and iteration. - Strong data literacy. You can interpret pipeline, conversion, win rate, attach, adoption, and channel performance and turn the findings into a decision. - Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a business case for executives, a product narrative for the market, and a sales play that works in a customer meeting. - Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing without relying on formal authority. - High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, and improve it quickly. - Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows. NICE TO HAVE - Experience at a vertical SaaS company serving construction, accounting, nonprofits, government, or another operationally complex industry. - Direct experience with construction ERPs or accounting platforms such as Sage, Trimble, Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct. - Experience marketing a multi-product platform rather than a single point solution. - Existing relationships with finance leaders, industry operators, implementation partners, associations, or technology partners in a priority vertical. - Experience building a new PMM or industry-marketing function from the ground up. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. Skills Systems Architect
DatabricksUnited States
FEQ227R209
About the Role
Databricks needs to understand what technical capability looks like across several large, fast-moving populations: employees, customers, and partners. Today that happens through role-based learning pathways and product-aligned enablement, an approach that can't keep pace with how quickly the platform, technology, and roles change. AI has also collapsed the half-life of technical proficiency, and for the first time, it makes a living, self-maintaining model of capability possible.
In this builder role, you'll own systems for defining, measuring, and developing technical capability across Databricks learner audiences. You'll build a capability model that ties roles, skills, content, and credentials together and the instrumentation that shows where capability actually stands.
What You'll Own
Skills taxonomies, capability models, and learning context
Define the skills taxonomies that make up technical capability and shape how they’re organized; what skills exist, which are adjacent, which are prerequisites, how quickly they go stale, and what sources are available to learners for developing and maintaining them.
Observability and measurement
Stand up instrumentation and AI-informed signals that show where capability stands and where it's drifting. Develop live signals, not a quarterly or monthly health index, to show how skills are moving and evolving.
Anticipate where capability demand is heading. Product releases, market shifts, and role evolution are constant; track changes closely so emerging skills surface early and content and programs stay ahead of change.
AI-native tooling
Build the software that maintains the skills taxonomy and capability model, including LLM-driven skill extraction and organization, agentic pipelines that keep them current, automated drift and gap detection, and APIs that expose it all.
Make the model reusable enterprise context that other systems, teams, and products build on vs. a training-only asset.
Impact You'll Have
You will sit upstream of and across several teams and functions:
Anywhere skills show up in products: You define what technical capability means and what evidence counts, so wherever skills are inferred, captured, or recognized, it reflects real technical work and skills & abilities.
Content and curriculum. The skills taxonomy and capability model influence what gets built next and why. Learning context is a critical input to generative content.
Learning architecture and in-product training: Your work informs what learning belongs where and how it’s presented. Pathways are assembled with the model and taxonomy instead of mapped by hand; in-product training surfaces them to learners.
Certification & accreditation. The capability model grounds skills assessment to guide and accelerate exam developers.
Learning & enablement. You give the organization a current view of capability across every audience, and a shared model to build and plan against.
What We're Looking For
Experience in technical training, learning, enablement, or product education in data & AI, cloud, or comparable product categories.
Experience designing capability or skills models and the systems around them, spanning modeling, measurement, and instrumentation.
A builder mindset. Ability to use Python and SQL and build apps, with AI assistance, and wire up pipelines and stand up tooling yourself.

Experience instrumenting capability data across several audiences.
What Success Looks Like in Year One
A live skills taxonomy, capability model, and learning context resources are published, and content, learning, and certification teams plan against them.
Decisions about what to build, refresh, or retire leverage the skills taxonomy and capability model, so content better keeps pace with the product, and investment goes where capability demand and skill gaps are real.
In-product training uses the model to target and measure learning, so learners can see what moves them forward, and stakeholders get insight into skills attainment within their audiences.
Teams that bring skills into products work from the same model, so a skill means the same thing wherever someone encounters it.
