HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐️ WHY WE ARE HIRING ⭐️ We’re opening an Enterprise Sales Team Lead role in France to lead a growing team of 4 Senior Account Executives, who are in charge of acquiring customers with more than 3,000 employees, including all CAC40 companies. In this role, you will own acquisition on the Enterprise segment in France and run the business end‑to‑end: you will be hands-on on the field while coaching and scaling a team of Account Executives to win this market. This position sits at the heart of our growth ambition: We have just passed the one million member milestone – and this is only the beginning! We’re accelerating acquisition in France and doubling down on our portfolio — and the Enterprise segment is one of the core pillars of that plan. ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE SEGMENT - Perimeter: companies of 3000+ employees - Verticals: all Verticals (Tech, Retail, Industrial Companies etc) - Total Addressable Market: ~7M members in France WHY ENTERPRISE SALES IS EXCITING AT ALAN - Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support. - Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers, Unions, long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics; - Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness; - HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies) - Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise Account Executives. Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters. ⭐ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐ You will be the Sales leader of the Enterprise Sales team in France, responsible for both hitting the numbers and scaling the machine. More precisely, you will: - Own the Enterprise acquisition plan in France. Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for 3000 employee customers, from targeting to closing, to reach ambitious acquisition targets and scale the segment. - Lead & coach a team of 4 Account Executives (and likely more to come) - Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as we scale the crew and the segment. - Help each team member reach their targets with clear expectations, rigorous follow‑up, and ongoing coaching on methodology, deal execution, and pipeline management. - Be on the field with the team: prospecting, joining key meetings, supporting tough negotiations, and owning strategic opportunities to maximize win rates. - Empower every member of the team: Create the conditions for everyone to reach and exceed their goals: strong feedback culture, coaching, clear ownership, and autonomy. - Ensure market fit and remove blockers: Surface customer expectations, patterns, and blockers, and ensure they’re addressed through the right strategic and execution plans (product, pricing, ops, marketing, etc.). For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-G level range ⭐ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐ You may be a great fit at Alan if you: - Have at least 10 years experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets as an Account Executive and Sales Leader - Have experience leading and coaching sales teams, with the ability to set a high bar, give clear direction, and help people grow - Have full working proficiency in French, and advanced level in English for internal communication - Have a very hands‑on mentality: you love being on the field with your team, joining customer meetings, helping on tough negotiations, and sharing what works - Have experience selling to Enterprise level companies (3000+ employees and above) in multi‑stakeholder deals - Are comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, and can prioritize ruthlessly - Are data‑driven and analytical: you know how to leverage KPIs to drive performance, run analyses, and make decisions - Have strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and appetite for building things with others (sales ops, marketing, etc.) - Are based (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area Nice-to-have: - Experience selling to HR or Finance . 🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. Therefore, we offer: - Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only. - Flexible Office. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ - All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones. - Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish. - Delightful healthcare insurance. Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% of the contribution covered by Alan for you and your family, for permanent contracts only. - Transport. Country-specific commuter benefits. - Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible Training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises. - Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only. IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE NOT ROLES. ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About The Role The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it. You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment. What You’ll Do - Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution. - Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired. - Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence. - Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work. - Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team. - Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales. - Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes. What You’ll Need - Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory) - Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory) - Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies - A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development - Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders - Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions - Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability - High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change - A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators.

At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.

A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.

Why Roblox & Agent Infra

The Agent Infra team builds the infrastructure that runs autonomous AI agents at Roblox for millions of creators building experiences on our platform, and for thousands of Roblox engineers shipping production code every day.

Agent workloads break the assumptions most infrastructure is built on. They run for hours instead of milliseconds, they’re non-deterministic, they execute code nobody wrote, and they need real credentials against real systems to be useful at all. Making that safe, durable, and cost-effective at Roblox’s scale is the hard problem our team is solving.

As an early member of the Agent Infra team, you’ll work alongside an experienced engineering team on systems that are already in front of real users, at scale, in a field that didn’t exist two years ago.

You Are

• Demonstrated experience: 8+ years building and operating backend, distributed, or infrastructure systems in production, including systems you designed that held up at scale for years.
• Deep expertise in at least one of our core domains: workflow orchestration, scalable backend infrastructure, agentic runtimes, or secure sandboxing and access.
• Hands-on: You spend most of your time building, and you write production code in Go, Python, Rust, or similar.
• Agent-native: Agents drive your daily work. You’ve experimented with swarms, loops, and orchestration, you have strong opinions on harness and model choice, and you’re constantly evolving your agentic workflow.
• Experienced with agents in production: You’ve run agents against real systems, seen how they fail, and know what the infrastructure underneath should do about it.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.

You Will

• Set the technical direction: Own the design and implementation of Roblox’s core agent infrastructure, and scale it to serve every internal and external customer.
• Drive reliability and security: Keep long-running agents alive through deploys, restarts, and outages. Run untrusted code in sandboxes that keep credentials out of the agent’s reach and control what it can reach on the network. Define the SLOs and observability that hold the platform to account.
• Raise the bar: Keep learning and experimenting with agentic workflows, and bring what works to the team and the wider Foundation AI org.
• Align across the org: Partner with Security, Engineering Efficiency, and Infrastructure so the agent platform and the systems it depends on are built in the same direction.
• Multiply the team: Mentor senior engineers, lead design reviews, and push how far agents can build the agent platform itself.

Nice to Have

• Security experience with systems that run untrusted code: sandbox and container isolation (gVisor, Firecracker, microVMs), Kubernetes hardening, network segmentation and egress control.
• Experience working with Temporal, AWS, and self-hosted models.
• Experience building and deploying production systems on Kubernetes, using GitOps and Argo CD.
• Contributions to open source or experience building your own product with real user traction.

ML Platform powers hundreds of use cases and billions of inferences per day across Discovery, Safety, Economy, and Creation. We build the primitives that let teams train, evaluate, deploy, and operate models quickly and safely—so a new ML idea can reach production in weeks or less. We’re looking for a Principal Platform Engineer who treats platform as a product: someone who can turn complex ML/AI infrastructure into clear, durable APIs, SDKs and easy-to-use CLIs/UIs that our internal developers love.

This role blends product thinking, developer experience, backend engineering, and infrastructure at scale. Hands‑on ML experience is a plus; a track record of building internal platforms that developers love is a must.

You Are

• Have 10+ years of professional experience and have a wealth of system design experience upon which to draw to build a scalable, reliable ML platform for all of Roblox.
• A Code Machine; you love not only to design and communicate ideas but also to actually ship product. You obsess about user feedback, and constantly drive towards getting platform features in customers hands.
• Proficient in API design and developer experience—gRPC/REST APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and simple UIs that developers love to use.
• Good to have - experience with the end‑to‑end ML model lifecycle such as model serving, training, model CI/CD, and GPU resources management, and have built ML platform features that are delightful to use.

• Passionate about supporting ML engineers to meet and understand their needs, and translating them into clean, durable platform abstractions.
• A clear communicator who excels at both written and verbal communication across differing levels of technical detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a similar technical field.

You Will

• Own platform as a product and set direction end to end: Define requirements, write RFDs, and ship APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and UIs that make ML@Roblox easy to adopt.
• Bootstrap and maintain core ML Platform components: Serving Layer, Model Registry, Pipeline Orchestrator, and Training/Inference control planes.
• Set technical strategy and oversee development of high scale and reliable infrastructure systems, with clear SLOs for latency, availability, and cost.
• Design great developer experiences with paved‑road templates, golden paths, opinionated defaults, and clear docs to reduce time‑to‑first‑production.
• Instrument the platform to measure adoption, friction, reliability, and cost; use data to prioritize roadmap and validate outcomes.
• Partner across organizations (ML Engineering, Data Science, Infra/SRE, Security, Finance) to optimize performance, safety, and spend, especially for GPU‑intensive training and high‑QPS inference.
• Propose and implement new platform tooling to improve time to production for MLEs across the full ML lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in machine learning and infrastructure to ensure the adoption of leading‑edge technologies and practices.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers, lead design reviews, and drive cross‑team architectural decisions that last.
