ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves % and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is looking for ambitious generalists who want to turn difficult customer and business problems into better products and better ways of working. In Product Operations, you will own a problem space from investigation through execution and measurement. You might uncover why customers abandon a workflow, build an AI tool that removes hours of manual work, or help a product team bring a new capability to customers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams, combining analytical rigor with the willingness to do the work yourself. This role is designed for people who want substantial responsibility. You will build customer understanding, product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to lead across teams. Strong performance can create opportunities for broader ownership in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or AI Operations, depending on your strengths and Ramp’s needs. Growth comes from sustained impact, demonstrated readiness, and available opportunities. Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week WHAT YOU’LL DO - Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. Each Product Operations team member is assigned to a specific product, such as Bill Pay, Procurement, or Travel. Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. During the hiring process, we will discuss which product areas are hiring priorities and where you could make the greatest impact. - Own customer and operational outcomes. Take responsibility for a defined problem, establish a baseline, and follow through until the experience improves. - Find the underlying problem. Combine customer conversations, operational observations, and data to distinguish recurring causes from isolated symptoms. - Make clear recommendations. Use your product sense and business acumen to size opportunities, compare tradeoffs, and help product partners decide where a process change, automation, or product investment will have the greatest effect. - Build and improve workflows. Create practical tools and automations, including AI-assisted solutions, that reduce repetitive work and improve reliability. Validate outputs and measure whether people actually benefit. - Bring changes into use with empathy. Own operational readiness, internal enablement, feedback collection, and follow-through after a launch or workflow change. - Lead across teams. Define metrics, establish owners, resolve dependencies, communicate decisions, and keep important work moving when the path is unclear. WHAT YOU BRING - 2-6 years experience in banking, private equity, consulting, or in product management or business operations roles at a demanding startup. Level and compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. - A record of taking personal ownership and delivering outcomes beyond the initial analysis or recommendation. - Strong quantitative reasoning: you can work with messy data, check assumptions, and translate findings into a decision. - Customer curiosity and practical judgment about which problems matter most and how to solve them. Willingness and instincts to go talk to a customer when something is unclear. Ability to prioritize well and work on the most important problems. - Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust for your arguments across technical and business teams. - Resourcefulness, receptiveness to feedback, and evidence that you learn unfamiliar subjects quickly. - Experience using AI tools to build something or improve a workflow, with a thoughtful approach to checking quality. About the Role Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and marketing is one of the biggest drivers of it. We're building out our business systems team to make sure the systems behind every campaign, list, and lead can keep up. You'll work directly with Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Events, Sales Development, and Sales to own the systems that turn marketing programs into pipeline. You'll own HubSpot and how it connects to Salesforce and the rest of our GTM stack. What You'll Do - Own top-of-funnel marketing systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them, and their operational health - Run HubSpot as a system, not just a tool: workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, and the permissions and naming conventions that keep it from sprawling - Run campaign operations end-to-end: program and campaign structure, campaign membership and status, event and webinar lead capture, and launch QA, so Marketing can ship quickly without creating data debt - Own workflow management in HubSpot: build, document, and audit nurture, enrollment, and suppression workflows, and retire the ones that no longer earn their place - Build and govern lists: ICP segmentation, inclusion and suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation between a Growth request and a send. Every list should be reproducible and explainable. - Own privacy and opt-out management: subscription types, consent capture, unsubscribe and opt-out handling across HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA in a regulated fintech environment - Design and maintain UTM tracking and attribution architecture: UTM taxonomy and governance, hidden-field capture on forms, lead source and original source logic, and how campaign touches flow into Salesforce, so the attribution reporting is something the business trusts - Build the Salesforce automation behind marketing handoffs: record-triggered flows, validation rules, fields, and permission sets - Use AI to automate the work where it holds up: enrichment, list QA, data quality checks, and request triage - Prioritize incoming requests by ROI. Decide what gets built, deferred, or declined, and show the numbers behind each call. What You'll Need - 5+ years in marketing operations, business systems, or revenue operations at a fast-paced B2B company - Deep hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows built and debugged, and list, form, and property architecture you designed rather than inherited - Hands-on campaign operations experience: you've built campaign structures and owned the lists and sends behind real programs - A working command of email privacy and consent: subscription management, opt-out handling across systems, and the regulations behind them - UTM and attribution architecture you've owned in practice: taxonomy, capture, lead source logic, and the MQL-to-SQL handoff - Salesforce Admin experience, including flows you built and debugged when they broke (certification is a plus) - A habit of framing problems rather than waiting for a spec: you take on ambiguous requests, make the decisions, and ship - You dissect a problem, drive it to completion with little supervision, and can explain the tradeoffs to any audience Nice to Have - Enrichment and routing tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, LeanData and Chili Piper - Sales engagement and automation platforms such as Outreach and Workato - Deliverability and list hygiene at high sending volume - Paid media and ad platform integrations, including conversion tracking - Lead scoring and MQL model design - Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI and warehouse tools - Linear or similar project management software BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐️ WHY WE ARE HIRING ⭐️ We’re opening an Enterprise Sales Team Lead role in France to lead a growing team of 4 Senior Account Executives, who are in charge of acquiring customers with more than 3,000 employees, including all CAC40 companies. In this role, you will own acquisition on the Enterprise segment in France and run the business end‑to‑end: you will be hands-on on the field while coaching and scaling a team of Account Executives to win this market. This position sits at the heart of our growth ambition: We have just passed the one million member milestone – and this is only the beginning! We’re accelerating acquisition in France and doubling down on our portfolio — and the Enterprise segment is one of the core pillars of that plan. ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE SEGMENT - Perimeter: companies of 3000+ employees - Verticals: all Verticals (Tech, Retail, Industrial Companies etc) - Total Addressable Market: ~7M members in France WHY ENTERPRISE SALES IS EXCITING AT ALAN - Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support. - Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers, Unions, long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics; - Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness; - HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies) - Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise Account Executives. Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters. ⭐ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐ You will be the Sales leader of the Enterprise Sales team in France, responsible for both hitting the numbers and scaling the machine. More precisely, you will: - Own the Enterprise acquisition plan in France. Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for 3000 employee customers, from targeting to closing, to reach ambitious acquisition targets and scale the segment. - Lead & coach a team of 4 Account Executives (and likely more to come) - Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as we scale the crew and the segment. - Help each team member reach their targets with clear expectations, rigorous follow‑up, and ongoing coaching on methodology, deal execution, and pipeline management. - Be on the field with the team: prospecting, joining key meetings, supporting tough negotiations, and owning strategic opportunities to maximize win rates. - Empower every member of the team: Create the conditions for everyone to reach and exceed their goals: strong feedback culture, coaching, clear ownership, and autonomy. - Ensure market fit and remove blockers: Surface customer expectations, patterns, and blockers, and ensure they’re addressed through the right strategic and execution plans (product, pricing, ops, marketing, etc.). For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-G level range ⭐ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐ You may be a great fit at Alan if you: - Have at least 10 years experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets as an Account Executive and Sales Leader - Have experience leading and coaching sales teams, with the ability to set a high bar, give clear direction, and help people grow - Have full working proficiency in French, and advanced level in English for internal communication - Have a very hands‑on mentality: you love being on the field with your team, joining customer meetings, helping on tough negotiations, and sharing what works - Have experience selling to Enterprise level companies (3000+ employees and above) in multi‑stakeholder deals - Are comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, and can prioritize ruthlessly - Are data‑driven and analytical: you know how to leverage KPIs to drive performance, run analyses, and make decisions - Have strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and appetite for building things with others (sales ops, marketing, etc.) - Are based (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area Nice-to-have: - Experience selling to HR or Finance . 🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. Therefore, we offer: - Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only. - Flexible Office. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ - All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones. - Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish. - Delightful healthcare insurance. Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% of the contribution covered by Alan for you and your family, for permanent contracts only. - Transport. Country-specific commuter benefits. - Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible Training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises. - Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only. IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE NOT ROLES. After reading this job description, if you feel like you don’t have all the necessary prerequisites but that it matches where you are now or what you'd like to grow into in your next position, we encourage you to apply! Not everybody will enter our recruitment process, but all, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success. 🔖 Check out our About Alan and Career pages, as well as our Medium blog / and Glassdoor page for more info.
