What you'll own (primary responsibilities)

• Own the offboarding and termination process end to end: de-provision user accounts and revoke access across IAM platforms (Okta, JumpCloud, and similar) and SaaS tools, reclaim licenses, and confirm that access removal is complete and timely
• Treat every offboarding as a security and compliance event: meet client SLAs for de-provisioning, keep accurate and auditable records, and ensure nothing is left active behind a departing user
• Live coordination with client contacts during high-touch or sensitive offboardings: communicate in real time with client HR and security as needed in preparation for and throughout the offboarding process
• Be the point person for the offboarding queue: monitor it, triage it, and keep it clear—this queue should never be an afterthought
• Coordinate handoffs with other teams (for example, hardware return logistics) without owning the hardware/fulfillment queues yourself
• Improve the playbook: refine and document offboarding workflows, checklists, and best practices as you go

Supporting helpdesk work (secondary responsibilities)

• Process IT onboardings and provision new-user accounts and access

About the Role
We are looking for a web developer with strong English communication skills who enjoys working directly with clients as much as writing code.
This is not a full-time development role. Instead, you'll act as the bridge between clients and our engineering team by understanding business needs, explaining technical solutions, gathering requirements, and helping projects move smoothly from planning to delivery.
If you have around 2+ years of web development experience and can confidently communicate with clients in English, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
\- Join client discovery calls and project meetings
\- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear tasks for developers
\- Explain technical concepts in simple, non-technical language
\- Create feature specifications, user stories, and project documentation
\- Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers
\- Help estimate timelines and prioritize features
\- Track project progress and identify risks or blockers
\- Review completed work to ensure it matches client requirements
\- Assist with QA testing and client feedback
\- Help manage project scope and change requests
Required Qualifications
\- Around 2+ years of experience building modern web applications
\- Good understanding of frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
\- Basic understanding of backend concepts, including APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud platforms
\- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
\- Ability to read technical documentation and understand existing codebases
\- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
\- Comfortable speaking with clients and leading technical discussions
English Requirement (Very Important)
Excellent spoken and written English is our highest priority.
You should be comfortable:
\- Leading Zoom or Google Meet calls with clients
\- Explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
\- Gathering requirements without misunderstandings
\- Writing professional emails, documentation, and project updates
C1-level English (or equivalent fluency) is strongly preferred.
We are happy to work with developers who have excellent communication skills, even if they have only a couple of years of technical experience.
Nice to Have
\- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
\- Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Linear, or similar tools
\- Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

The Aeronautical Information Service Cadet will assist in ensuring the flow of aeronautical information necessary for the safety, regularity, and efficiency of international air navigation, in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization standards. This position serves as preparation for training toward certification as an Aeronautical Information Service Officer.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be required to assist with:

• Collecting, classifying, recording, editing, and disseminating aeronautical information and Notices to Airmen in accordance with established procedures
• Collecting and transmitting messages relating to arrival, departure, cancelled, and delayed flights
• Disseminating flight plans to the relevant Air Traffic Service units
• Collecting landing, parking, navigation, late operation, and facilitation fees from aircraft operators
• Collecting, verifying, and completing relevant airline and flight documentation, including General Declaration forms and Movement Sheets
• Monitoring aeronautical computer systems, including SPATIA and CADAS, and reporting faults or system malfunctions
• Completing shift log books, reconciliation documents, float records, and other administrative records
• Performing other related duties as assigned

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Five (5) subject passes equivalent to G.C.E. Ordinary Level or CXC/CSEC, Grade 3 and above, including:

• Physics
