We're looking for a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter with experience driving recruitment in the EMEA region for our Field Engineering & Forward Deployed Engineering teams, to help us identify and hire great people for Databricks as we continue our expansion. You will conceive practical and creative ways to identify leading talent and invest considerable time activating and engaging passive candidates. You will use data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted recruiting strategies while partnering with leadership to build inspired teams. You will report directly to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition.

This is a fixed-term position for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

The impact you will have:

• Apply your knowledge to meet our hiring needs within Field Engineering and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies.
• Build engaged talent pipelines for roles across Field Engineering, with active and passive candidates which can sustain long-term hiring goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Field Engineering leaders across EMEA — running intake and calibration sessions, challenging assumptions on role design and seniority, and holding hiring managers to a consistently high bar.
• Create closing approaches to manage partner expectations through market data
• Lead the business with data to promote future workforce planning decisions and accurate forecasting
• Help Databricks to provide a positive interview experience for all and periodically review experiential data to enhance our offering and drive Diversity and Inclusion in our hiring

What we look for:

• Experience with recruiting for Go To Market professionals, specifically Pre-sales Engineers and Post-sales engineers from Entry level to Director within the software industry.
• Experience building strategic partnerships within the business and cross-functionally, and influencing senior stakeholders with data rather than opinion.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets and navigating the local nuances that come with it.
• You will have had success in scaling a high-growth software/Data/AI company and be able to bring your learning from your success to our team.
• Experience serving as a mentor and expert regarding all recruiting-related activities and be comfortable sharing your knowledge within the business and our wider team
• Significant experience in a recruiting environment, ideally in-house, focussed on the SaaS software, ideally within the Data and AI space.

ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp’s Token Spend Management team helps finance and technical teams understand and manage what they spend across AI providers and subscriptions. We are building the third pillar of finance. The product brings provider usage and billing information together so customers can see where costs come from, attribute spend, and act on it with greater confidence. We’re looking for a senior backend engineer to build the systems behind that experience. You’ll own substantial projects from design through production, turn data from different providers into dependable product experiences, and work with product, design, data, and engineering partners to make complex spend information useful to customers. You will be involved in key company initiatives such as inference accounting, and figuring out new and novel ways to help companies not just manage, but think about their AI Spend. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Design and build backend services and APIs that support AI spend visibility, attribution, insights, and controls - Build and improve integrations that ingest usage and billing information from supported providers - Taking the data from those integrations and converting it into helpful structures for external customers, and internal product consumers - Create reliable data models and processing workflows that make spend information accurate, traceable, and useful across the product - Own projects from technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration - Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of systems as customer usage and provider coverage grow - Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teammates to turn customer needs into practical solutions - Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows - Strong judgment about system design, data correctness, reliability, and when to keep a solution simple - A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software - Experience working with external data sources or integrations where data quality and changing interfaces matter - Comfort working through ambiguous product problems with cross-functional partners - Clear communication and a collaborative approach to technical decisions and feedback NICE TO HAVES - Experience with usage metering, billing, spend management, or financial data products - Experience integrating with AI providers or other third-party usage and billing APIs - Experience building attribution, alerts, limits, or other systems that help customers understand and manage spend BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Getting paid is still one of the most manual parts of running a business. Finance teams chase invoices over email, match payments to invoices by hand in spreadsheets, and close the books late because cash data is scattered across banks, payment processors, and ERPs. Ramp's Accounts Receivable team is building the system that automates all of it, from the moment an invoice is sent to the moment cash is reconciled in the general ledger. We own the full receivables lifecycle: invoicing, collections, payments, cash application, and accounting sync. We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own core pieces of that system. The work sits where hard engineering problems meet real money: matching messy payment data to the right invoices, keeping ledgers correct to the cent, and syncing reliably with the accounting systems our customers depend on. You'll own projects end to end, from design through production, and work closely with product and design to turn complex finance workflows into software that just works. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build the payment-matching systems that automatically apply incoming ACH, wire, card, and check payments to the right invoices, even when payment details are incomplete or inconsistent - Design accurate data models where every dollar is traceable from invoice to payment to general ledger - Build two-way integrations with ERPs like NetSuite and QuickBooks that stay consistent through retries, partial failures, and edits on either side - Build collections workflows that help businesses get paid faster without hurting their customer relationships - Own projects from problem definition and technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration - Raise the engineering bar through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Product sense: you care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push back when the spec is wrong - Experience designing and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows - Strong system design judgment and the ability to balance speed, correctness, reliability, and simplicity - A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to technical decisions NICE TO HAVES - Experience with invoicing, billing, payments, accounting, or other financial workflows - Experience building integrations that keep data consistent across systems - Experience improving reliability and operational visibility in a growing product BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work. THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Our VIP team supports the firm's highest-value private clients across the Payward ecosystem: high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) who expect a premium, secure, and highly tailored experience. We ensure Kraken remains the platform of choice for VIPs by delivering white-glove relationship management, personalized trading enablement, and high-impact benefits. We are looking for a Senior VIP Relationship Manager, LATAM to help us scale our VIP client book and growth across the region. This is a hybrid role: part white-glove relationship management, part growth and business development. You'll build Kraken's presence inside LATAM's VIP trading and investor communities, run local marketing and events, and source new whale relationships. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be bold, can build and scale initiatives from the ground up, and is humble enough to fail fast and move on to the next challenge. If you thrive in ambiguity and can operate in a fast-paced, scrappy environment, this role is for you. THE OPPORTUNITY - Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken and Payward’s top private clients across LATAM, delivering consistent, high-quality white-glove service and building deep, durable relationships. - Own the regional VIP book end to end: onboarding, tier progression, retention, and proactive intervention on at-risk and lapsing clients. - Build lasting relationships that grow AOP, net deposits, and trading volume, your primary KPIs, by becoming the partner clients trust with more of their capital and activity over time. - Bring Kraken's private client and VIP offerings to market locally, including yield and earn campaigns, lending against tokenized equities and crypto collateral, OTC execution, and structured private-client benefits, ensuring they remain impactful and competitive against regional exchanges and desks. - Source and convert new HNWI relationships through direct outreach, referrals, and introducer networks, from crypto-wealthy individuals and family offices to the principals of trading firms, OTC desks, miners, and project treasuries. - Get inside LATAM's VIP trading communities: private trading groups, investor clubs, KOL and trader networks, and closed-door investor groups. Be the Kraken face those communities know and trust. - Design and run local marketing and events (VIP dinners, trader meetups, conference-adjacent programming, and co-marketing with regional partners and KOLs) in partnership with our Marketing and Regional teams. - Build and manage introducer and referral partnerships that produce a repeatable pipeline of qualified private clients. - Act as Payward’s ear on the ground: competitive intelligence on regional exchanges, product gaps that cost us whale business, and the local narratives that move capital. - Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, and Client Service to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty, and to make sure every play you run is inside Kraken's licensing and compliance perimeter. WHAT YOU BRING - 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, private banking, brokerage, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in the crypto space, with a track record of working with HNWIs. - An existing, personal network among LATAM's crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile. - Demonstrated ability to originate business, not just service it. You have personally brought in clients, run events, or built a community presence that produced measurable pipeline. - Deep understanding of trading product solutions, including spot, margin, and futures trading, as well as OTC trading, lending, and yield/earn products. Familiarity with how deposits and client balances drive an exchange's lending economics is a strong plus. - Comfort operating in a regulated environment across multiple LATAM jurisdictions, and the judgment to know when to involve Compliance early. - Highly data-driven, with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as assets on platform, net deposits, trading volume, and client portfolio revenue. - Ability to be scrappy, bold, and unafraid to explore alternative and creative solutions to achieve results. - Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, their players, frameworks, and market dynamics beyond just blue-chip tokens, including how local on/off-ramps and stablecoin flows shape client behavior in the region. - Skilled at building meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds. - Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region for client meetings, events, and conferences. - Based in Brazil and native or near-native Portuguese plus fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus. Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision. As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws. The Role

You will be the technical leader and lead architect for one of Databricks' most strategic global customers: a health technology company whose diagnostic, therapy, connected-care and consumer health products reach hundreds of millions of people every year. You will own the technical relationship and the Data + AI vision for a single complex enterprise that spans multiple business units, regions and regulatory regimes.

The account is a large, Azure-first Data Intelligence Platform customer. It runs a portfolio of well over a hundred use cases across business units and global functions, delivered as a multi-year program in quarterly releases. You will set the technical direction for that program and turn it into an executable roadmap. You will work as one team with the Account Executive and a dedicated pod of Solutions Architects, specialists, Professional Services and partners. We are looking for a visionary who can see where Data + AI will take health technology, explain that clearly to executives and engineers alike, and bring a large, distributed group of people with them!

The Impact You Will Have

Own and drive the technical vision

• Define the customer's enterprise Data + AI vision with CxO and VP stakeholders, tied directly to business priorities. Be the executive suite's trusted advisor on platform strategy, build-vs-buy, responsible AI and regulated-industry governance.
• Show, don't tell: inspire CTOs, chief architects and engineering leaders with working examples, and build prototypes yourself when it matters.
• Lead the account pod technically: set direction for Solutions Architects, Specialist and Delivery SAs, Professional Services and partners, and coach them to raise the bar.
• Partner with the Account Executive on account strategy and consumption planning, owning technical strategy and path to value for every major initiative.
• Align pre-sales, delivery and partners so the customer sees one Databricks team, one plan and one escalation path, local to global. Lead discovery and solution design for strategic, high-risk deployments, driving each to production and measurable outcomes.
• Build lasting C-level, VP and Director relationships across IT, data & AI, R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Service, Operations and the business units.
• Be the customer's voice internally, shaping Databricks product and go-to-market strategy with field insight while leading the account's largest modernisation programs
• Scale GenAI and agentic AI from pilot to production across business units.
• Build partner ecosystem relationships (GSIs, ISVs, hyperscalers) to scale delivery.
• Create reusable IP (reference designs, accelerators, talks, blogs) for the wider Databricks health and life sciences community.

What We Look For

(Note: it is not expected that you “tick every box” below and encourage you to apply if you are meeting several of the key criteria and can demonstrate a strong ability to transfer skills and develop quickly in the role!)

• Proven record as lead technical figure on a large global enterprise account, or as enterprise/chief architect at a similar organisation, owning the vision over multiple years.
• Experience leading virtual teams without direct authority: setting direction, coaching senior architects and aligning specialists, delivery and partners on one plan.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. 🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale. As a Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience. You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community. Our health services in Belgium is where you can make a difference - In Belgium, our ambition is to build the most integrated care journey in the country. Prevention, care and insurance should work as one, so that every member has a health partner before they get sick, not just after. - We particularly you start by bringing the full ecosystem of our health services to life for our Belgian customers ⭐️ THE CHALLENGE We are looking for entrepreneurs in the mindset with a strong operational background to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare, and deeply re-engineer the experience we offer to our members . We move fast and are proud to tackle big problems! One of our core value is ownership : we expect you to tackle Alan's problems from end to end with a long-term focus, acting on the behalf of the entire Company, never saying “it’s not my job” and being accountable for your actions. Specifically here: Belgian healthcare is built to react. You get sick, then you get care. Prevention is the exception, and people are left to find their way between GPs, specialists, mutualities and insurers. In France, we’ve shown it can work differently. Mo, our AI medical assistant, answers health questions 24/7. The Shop delivers health products at zero out-of-pocket. Alan Precision makes advanced prevention accessible through blood tests and health plans. Occupational health brings prevention into working life. It all lives in one app. Now we’re building it in Belgium, and you’re the one who makes it happen. Here are some examples of missions that you could lead: - Launch Mo in Belgium Bring our AI medical assistant to Belgium in French and Dutch, with Belgian doctors shaping its answers and taking over when a human is needed. - Advanced prevention for everyone: Generalise advanced blood tests paired with AI health plans into a service every member can easily access. That means building the network of clinical labs, pharmacies and care providers behind Alan Precision. - Prevention programmes for unmet health needs: Spot the gaps in today’s care (weight loss, sleep, women’s health etc) and turn them, with health professionals and product teams, into programmes members love. - A health partner for every workplace: Reinvent occupational health and Health At Work, a channel that reaches a huge share of Belgian workers but struggle to deliver the right impact on prevention. Design the model and take it from idea to launch. This is a 0-to-1 role. You’ll have the autonomy of a founder and the backing of a €800M+ ARR company. What you build will change how hundreds of thousands of people in Belgium look after their health. ⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️ - 6+ years in operations, product or entrepreneurship, ideally including launching new services - Fluent in English and French or Dutch (both is a strong plus) - You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis) - You’ve taken a product or service from zero to scale and owned high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives - You set clear vision and roadmaps, lead product reviews and drive make-or-buy decisions - You build and run key partnerships autonomously (providers, pharmacies, labs, health-tech) - You’re strong on AI and automation - You’re a strong mentor who makes the people around you better - You know, or will quickly learn, how Belgian healthcare works: mutualities, practitioners, reimbursement, regulation For this role we are looking to hire within the D–F level range, based in Brussels. 🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES. If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t check every box, we’d love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We’ll be thrilled to receive your application! 🔖 Check out our About Alan and Career pages, as well as our Medium, blog and Glassdoor page for more info.
