About H: H exists to push the boundaries of superintelligence with agentic AI. By automating complex, multi-step tasks typically performed by humans, AI agents will help unlock full human potential. H is hiring the world’s best AI talent, seeking those who are dedicated as much to building safely and responsibly as to advancing disruptive agentic capabilities. We promote a mindset of openness, learning, and collaboration, where everyone has something to contribute. About the Role: Our Legal team, based in Paris, supports every deal, hire and partnership at H. As requests grow, we want legal work to run on clear processes and good tools rather than on inboxes. You will be the front door for legal requests, run the contract lifecycle day to day, and above all build the tooling and automations that let the team move faster. You will report to our General Counsel. This is a 6 month internship, open to EFB (Barreau de Paris) students completing their PPI, or to recent graduates of an M2 in business law. Key Responsibilities: - Tooling and automation (the core of the role): - Map our existing legal processes and identify bottlenecks. - Benchmark tools (contract lifecycle management, e-signature, request management) and deliver a costed recommendation. - Build simple automations: intake forms, approval workflows, and Claude projects for first-pass contract reviews. - Create a dashboard showing request volumes, turnaround times and active contracts. - Front door for legal requests: - Receive, triage and route internal requests (NDAs, customer contracts, vendors, HR). - Set up and maintain a request tracker (Notion, Linear or similar) with status, priority and deadline. - Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to keep matters moving. - Contract lifecycle: - Prepare first drafts from templates (NDAs, POCs, standard order forms), always reviewed by the General Counsel. - Coordinate internal approvals with Sales, Finance and Engineering, and own our e-signature workflows from start to finish. - Maintain a register of signed contracts: parties, dates, term, auto-renewal, notice periods and liability caps. - Flag key deadlines such as renewals, terminations and POC end dates. - Documentation and knowledge management: - Organise the template library and fallback clauses. - Write internal playbooks, for example “how to request an NDA” or “customer contract approval flow”. - Keep the data room and corporate records up to date (shareholder meetings, President’s decisions, statutory registers). - Compliance and inventories: - Maintain GDPR records: processing activities, sub-processors and signed DPAs. - Inventory our trademark and IP portfolio. - Prepare tracking sheets for AI Act compliance. - Legal spend tracking: - Centralise outside counsel invoices and track budgets per matter. Requirements: - Education: - EFB (Barreau de Paris) student looking for a PPI internship, ideally, or a recent M2 graduate in business law. - Technical Skills: - Solid grounding in contract law, with an interest in commercial, data protection (GDPR) and IP topics. - Fluent French and English, written and spoken. - Comfortable with modern tools (Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets) and keen to use AI in your daily work. - Soft Skills: - Highly organised and rigorous: nothing falls through the cracks, and every deadline is tracked. - You follow up without being asked and keep several matters moving at once. - Clear writer, able to turn a process into a playbook anyone can follow. - Discreet with confidential information. - Bonus Skills: - Experience building simple automations or no-code workflows. - Exposure to legal tech (CLM, e-signature platforms) or legal operations. - Interest in AI regulation, including the AI Act. Location: - Paris. - This role is hybrid, and you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week on average. What We Offer: - Join the exciting journey of shaping the future of AI, and be part of the early days of one of the hottest AI startups. - Real ownership: the processes and tools you build will become how our Legal team works. - Work directly with our General Counsel on live deals and compliance topics. - Collaborate with a fun, dynamic, and multicultural team, working alongside world-class AI talent in a highly collaborative environment. - Unlock opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career development. If you want to change the status quo in AI, join us.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐️ THE FOUNDING SALES OPPORTUNITY We are looking for our first-ever Sales hire in Saudi Arabia — a rare founding opportunity to build Alan's commercial practice in the Kingdom from the ground up. You will be Alan's flag-bearer in KSA: the person who shapes how we sell, who we sell to, and how we build relationships with companies that want to offer their employees a truly great health experience. This is not a role for someone looking for a well-defined playbook to execute. It is a role for someone who wants to write the playbook — and who has the experience to do so. ⭐️ YOUR MISSION You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to discovery, demo, offer building, and closing. At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless. We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft). You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base. As Founding Sales for KSA, you will also: - Build Alan's local presence with HR Directors, CFOs, and C-level decision-makers at companies who care about their employees' wellbeing - Act as the eyes and ears of the company in KSA — feeding market intelligence, prospect feedback, and local insights back to the product and strategy teams - Shape the sales function in KSA — setting the rituals, tools, and standards that future teammates will build on - Evangelize Alan's approach in the market, positioning Alan as a trusted and innovative health partner for Saudi employers - Contribute to Alan globally — leveraging and enriching the playbooks built in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada ⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? You’ll be a great fit if you: - Are currently allowed to work legally for any employer in KSA, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh - Have Saudi citizenship - Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS space (you are familiar with product demos, discovery frameworks, complex deal cycles) - Have demonstrated the ability to prospect, close, and build — not just manage existing accounts - Are highly autonomous — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and don't need a fully built machine to be effective - Have native or fluent Arabic - Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Are analytical, organized, and rigorous — you manage your pipeline with precision - Have empathy — you genuinely care about understanding and solving the problems of the companies and people you work with - Are not driven primarily by commissions — you are motivated by impact, ownership, and long-term value creation For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1-D level range If you're still wondering whether this could be the best move for you, take a look at this article from Lucie Leflour, our Sales Lead in France. EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM. 🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. Therefore, we offer: - Competitive base salary — above market, no commission model. We believe in paying well and trusting people to do great work - Meaningful equity — you are building this from scratch, and you should share in what you create - A world-class team to lean on — you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's international sales, product, and operations teams - Alan's health coverage (of course 😊) - The tools to do your best work — MacBook, the best software, and an environment built for focus - Real ownership and impact — you are not a cog in a machine. You are the machine. - All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones. - Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish. - Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises. - Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success. Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application! 🔖 Check out our About Alan and Career pages, as well as our Medium blog / and Glassdoor page for more info.

ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves % and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About The Role The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it. You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment. What You’ll Do - Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution. - Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired. - Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence. - Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work. - Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team. - Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales. - Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes. What You’ll Need - Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory) - Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory) - Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies - A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development - Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders - Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions - Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability - High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change - A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
