We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help manage relationships with Linear’s top customers in the APAC region. As a part of the early team, you’ll play a pivotal role in laying the foundation and setting up best practices. You will champion our customers’ needs and ensure they realize the full value of Linear across their organization. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, delivering ongoing support + enablement, and fostering strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Location & work mode While Linear is a remote-first company across the US and Europe, this role in APAC is office based 2–3 days per week, as this role will be closely connected to in-person collaboration with our growing sales presence in the region. What you’ll do - Articulate Linear’s architecture, data model, and integration patterns to engineering and product teams; deliver tailored technical presentations and deep-dive demos for key stakeholders. - Design, plan, and execute large-scale migrations, custom configurations, and API integrations; troubleshoot proactively to ensure seamless onboarding. - Build and maintain realistic demo instances that mirror enterprise workflows, scale tests, and feature toggles—enabling sales reps to showcase Linear’s capabilities in context. - Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop technical training materials, run “train-the-trainer” sessions for new hires, and curate a library of exemplar solution playbooks. - Act as the go-to technical resource for high-priority accounts; work alongside Customer Success to resolve post-sale technical issues and drive adoption. What we’re looking for - 8+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience supporting enterprise-scale deals. - Strong hands-on experience with OAuth2 and GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations - Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives - Experience with Github and git; Linear and/or Jira strongly preferred - Proven ability to build realistic, scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues - CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred - Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams - Comfort with SQL and scripting ., Python or JavaScript) What we offer We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Summary:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our largest and most strategic enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities for significant expansion and upsell within existing accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and the ability to align DataVisor's solutions to achieve their strategic objectives, specifically managing accounts up to $10M ARR in aggregate and driving incremental upsell.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and customer success.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth targets within assigned accounts, including significant upsells and expansions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations, including C-level executives.
• Understand customers' business challenges and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage DataVisor's solutions to drive value and ROI.
• Drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on expansion into new business units and use cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Accurately forecast revenue and growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce.com.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals for strategic accounts.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or account management, with a focus on managing and growing large, strategic accounts.
• Proven track record of successfully managing accounts with up to $10M+ ARR and driving significant upsell revenue.
• Deep understanding of the Fraud/Regtech solutions landscape and the financial services industry.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level and VP-level executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans that drive growth and customer success.
• Experience with contract negotiations and renewals.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
