PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Nous recherchons une personne qui : - Dispose d’au moins un an d’expérience en service client, relation client, assistance ou centre de contact - Est parfaitement à l’aise à l’oral et sait créer rapidement une relation de confiance avec ses interlocuteurs - Maîtrise le français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit - Parle couramment wolof.
