What You'll Do
- Lead design review meetings with clients and stakeholders and ensure decisions are documented and actionable
- Gather requirements from clients and internal teams and translate them into clear design deliverables.
- Create product and interface designs that support engineering teams in building production-ready features.
- Deliver design assets and clarifications in time for development so engineers are never blocked.
- Manage design scope, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate proactively with engineers, delivery teams, and clients to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity.
- Identify design risks or issues early and escalate them when necessary.
- Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate research, ideation, and iteration.
- Maintain organized documentation and task tracking to support engineering execution.
What You'll Bring
- Strong proficiency with Figma for product and interface design.
- Familiarity with Cursor or similar AI-enabled tools used in software development workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and gather requirements.
- Experience designing real software products that shipped to production.
- Ability to conduct client-facing design reviews and presentations.
- Ability to extract information from clients and stakeholders and translate it into actionable design direction.
- Strong organizational and task management skills across multiple projects.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and delivery teams.
- Ability to manage agendas, deadlines, and meetings effectively.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset when managing design work.
