Riot Visual Designers seek to craft the best player experiences through their knowledge of systemic design, graphic design, interactivity, layout, typography, colour theory, and illustration. Designers collaborate with cross disciplinary teams and act as both artistic and design problem solvers. They understand players and ask questions about the what, who and how when solving for an interface or communication challenge.

As a Senior Visual Designer on League of Legends, you will work collaboratively with other visual designers and artists to develop interactive experiences for League of Legends. We need your help producing assets of the highest quality to help immerse our players in the world of Runeterra.

You will be embedded into a Dublin-based team working closely with developers and will report into the Production Director. You will work closely with the Art Director to collaborate with other artists to develop style guides, set visual direction, implement content, and improve on existing design work in and around the game.

This role will be based in the Dublin office on a hybrid basis on a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Help shape UI direction for the League of Legends features, defining directions that meet the creative goals, and artistic direction of the project.
• Create visually balanced and intuitive interfaces that show a strong grasp of readability, hierarchy, platform, and player behaviour patterns.
• Create and extend themes throughout the project establishing style guides, design systems, and conventions.
• Understand concepts and process behind the existing guides, but also know when to break the rules.
• Collaborate with art, game design, UX design and engineering to create a compelling visual experience that meets the goals for player interaction
• Create assets through each stage of development, driving the development of concepts from early ideation all the way to implementation in game engine
• Use deep knowledge of systemic design, graphic design, interactivity, layout, typography, color theory, and illustration to create seamless player experiences
• Possess a growth mindset, seeking mentorship from the discipline artists and community
• Help uphold, innovate within, and elevate the quality bar for your discipline.
• Work autonomously to uphold craft best practices in Dublin while empowering local developers.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience contributing to a major feature, game, product launch, or entertainment property through the craft of visual communication design.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or UI Artist
• Expert knowledge in Figma

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the game development pipeline including optimization, localization, implementation.
• Experience in Adobe CC products including photoshop.
• Familiarity with game engines ( Unity / Unreal ).
• Experience in a secondary area such as motion graphics, illustration, animation, or modeling is a plus.

As a Senior VFX Artist, you will utilize your exceptional aesthetic sensibility and technical expertise to shape visual direction for a diverse range of weapon skin thematics. You will establish the benchmark and execute based on the creative direction that will guide and empower our partner studios' production efforts.

Beyond asset creation, you will tackle complex artistic and technical challenges, collaborating with fellow artists to pioneer new VFX features ,workflows and guidelines. Working alongside our VFX Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for external
partners, providing expert guidance and actionable feedback to ensure all content maintains the highest standards of quality, readability, and style.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the VFX Manager to establish VFX standards and execution strategies for weapon skinlines. Lead early-stage creative and stylistic exploration for high-tier weapon skins, setting the bar of excellence for asset delivery and seamless

handovers to partner studios for production.

Hiring Manager: Jeff Martin, CTO

We're looking for an AI Enablement Engineer to drive AI adoption across every team at Applause. You 'll build and maintain a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows for departments like Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and HR/TA, then actually implement them: standing up tools, wiring integrations into our core systems, training the team on how to use them, and tracking whether they're moving the needle. This is a builder role, and you'll work closely with our CTO and Chief Architect, who own the broader AI vision and governance, while you own execution.

Responsibilities:

• AI Workflow Roadmap & Delivery
• Build a monthly roadmap of AI workflows to design and ship, prioritized by productivity or cost impact, for every department (except Product and Engineering)
• Identify manual, repetitive work across departments and design AI-driven workflows to replace or accelerate it
• Ship the workflows you scope: configure tools, build automations, and get them into daily use, not just document recommendations
• Iterate and fine-tune workflows post-launch based on usage and feedback
• Systems & Integrations
• Support system implementations for AI and adjacent tools, partnering with the CTO and Engineering on technical requirements and data access
• Connect AI tools into core business systems (CRM, HRIS, finance tools, Slack, etc.), so workflows run inside the systems teams already use
• Evaluate and pilot new AI tools for specific departments and use cases, and recommend what to adopt, pause, or retire
• Adoption, Training & ROI
• Train department teams on the workflows and tools you build, and follow up to make sure they're actually being used
• Troubleshoot adoption issues directly with end users rather than escalating them
• Track usage and cost of AI tools by team and use case, and run monthly ROI reporting
• Report progress monthly to the CTO on workflow delivery, adoption, and productivity/cost impact
• Level up teams to build and own their own AI workflows over time, so departments grow more self-sufficient rather than depending on you for every change

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in AI/LLM implementation, workflow automation, technical business operations, or a related hands-on technical role
• Able to write and modify code for simple, internal business applications (even if AI writes most of it)—production-grade or engineering-quality code is not required
• Demonstrated experience building integrations or automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms)
• Working knowledge of modern AI tools Claude, Copilot, and similar) and how to apply them to business workflows
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, HR) to scope and deliver workflows
• Strong communicator who can train and troubleshoot with non-technical users
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership over initiatives, start to finish
• Very effective in a remote work environment

Ember is a product that helps teams build software using AI, really fast. We're hiring an Associate Project Coordinator to take end-to-end ownership of projects, from the first stakeholder conversation to the final handover of the delivered feature.

You own everything in between: gathering requirements, getting them to engineers in a form they can build from, making sure what gets built is tested properly, and handing the finished work back to stakeholders. You're the one person who always knows what was asked for, what was built, and whether it works.

This role requires a very high degree of attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Take requirements from stakeholders. Sit with stakeholders, understand what they actually need, and turn ambiguous input into clear, structured requirements with defined acceptance criteria.
• Deliver requirements to engineers. Hand off specs to the engineering team, answer their questions, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation. Keep scope clear as the work progresses and track any changes along the way.
• Own testing. Build test plans, define pass/fail criteria, and either run testing yourself or work closely with the team doing it. Verify every feature against the original requirements before it ships. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.
• Hand over delivered features to stakeholders. Walk stakeholders through what was built, confirm it matches what they asked for, and close the loop with their sign-off.
• Keep a clear record across all your projects: what was specified, what changed, what was tested, and what was delivered.
• Track status, blockers, and dependencies across multiple projects at once, and flag risks before they turn into delays.
• Use AI tools to speed up documentation and QA work without cutting corners on quality.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in project coordination, delivery, or a similar role, ideally in a software or AI environment
• Able to turn stakeholder conversations into clear specs with testable acceptance criteria
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering for requirements docs and AI-assisted QA
• Hands-on experience with AI-based QA testing, or a strong interest in learning it fast
• Comfortable in task management tools like Trello, Linear, or Asana, including dependency tracking across projects
• Detail-oriented and organized enough to run multiple projects at once without dropping anything
• Enough technical literacy to have real conversations with engineers about APIs, data, and system design, even without an engineering background

Nice to Have

• Exposure to legal tech, proptech, or logistics and shipping software
• Experience running formal QA or UAT cycles in a production environment
