Looking for a mentor/tutor to help with Blender -> Godot animation pipeline, and some basic rigging skills.
I’m developing a game where characters play musical instruments. I’ve had a good go and definitely need help with a few aspects! I’m mostly self taught in all aspects of game dev, animation, rigging etc - music is the only bit I have proper industry experience in.
I’d like to work on my pipeline so that any character could potentially play any instrument, but I’m missing core knowledge on how to even begin such a process. I’ve never done retargeting, my naming conventions are vague at best, I don’t know which parts should I leave to Godot, which parts to blender, timing the animations to music in engine, etc etc.
I’m looking for someone who can help answer these questions and really walk me through step by step, or to be pointed in the direction of mentorships that might be suitable.

Small milestone, but one I’m pretty excited about anyway...

Recently, a recruiter from a large AI company posted the first role directly on the platform instead of through an aggregated source.
There’s still a long way to go. The developer network is small, and I’m very much in the stage of learning what people actually find useful and figuring out how to get GitTalent in front of the right people.

The goal is to help customers immediately understand what they’re looking at as its a new concept for pet treats. Its a soft, cookie like product thats soft but filled with meat/fish/pumpkin and banana. The color are all natural (spirulina, turmeric, pitaya powder). the shell is naturally colored and made with yogurt and coconut flour. Many customers initially think it’s a dessert for humans, so the design should communicate that this is for pets. Our style is luxury? I do not have brand guidelines and open to different styles.
