We teach English as a foreign language to children all over the world, using our live 1:1 and group class platform, AI tutoring features, and learning games. We’re the biggest English tutoring platform for kids in Europe, delivering millions of lessons each year.
We are looking for a technical and execution-focused Lead to take full ownership of our Referral channel.
We need a leader to evaluate the current program, identify bottlenecks, and build a scalable, high-converting growth engine. You will be responsible for the entire funnel—from driving lead volume to optimizing conversion into active students.
You will have the freedom to audit the current setup, define the strategy, and execute to unlock the channel’s full potential.
We expect that you are hands on manager.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Funnel Ownership (Volume & Conversion)
Audit & Optimize: Conduct a deep dive into the current program to determine why lead volume fluctuates and where conversions drop off. Validate hypotheses with data.Technical Health: Take ownership of the technical backlog. Ensure fix for friction points (attribution, broken flows, UX issues) that hinder performance, get buy-in of Product Team.User Journey: Streamline the end-to-end flow for both the referrer and the referee to ensure a seamless experience
- Strategy & Growth
Strategic Vision: Define the roadmap for the referral program. Decide on the right mix of incentives, gamification, and mechanics based on your analysis and testing.Regional Approach: Analyze performance across diverse markets (Europe, MENA, Asia) and develop tailored strategies to boost engagement in underperforming regions.Experimentation: rapid testing of new offers, channels, and incentives to find what truly drives growth.
- Cross-Functional Execution
Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales to ensure referral leads are effectively processed and feedback loops are established.
Data Integrity: Work with Analytics to ensure dashboard accuracy and reliable tracking for all referral metrics.
You have&3+ years of experience in managing Referral/Loyalty programs.
Technical Literacy: You can translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers. You understand tracking, attribution, and frontend mechanics.
Analytical Mindset: You rely on data to distinguish between assumptions and facts. You can analyze complex funnels to find the root cause of performance issues.
Execution First: You are a “doer.” You prioritize delivery and move projects from “Planned” to “Done.”
