Riot Technical Artists blend deep technical skill with artistic sensibilities, enabling teams to build beautiful, performant, and expressive game experiences. As a Technical Artist III on an Unpublished R&D Product, you will be foundational in developing the visual identity of new gameplay experiences. Your work will empower rapid iteration, unblock engineering and design, and establish the visual groundwork for the product’s long-term development.

As the Technical Artist on a small, high-performing strike team, you will build early 3D blockouts, prototype scene compositions, implement lightweight animations and VFX, and define the workflows that enable scalable content creation. You will operate directly inside the game engine, leveraging your experience to accelerate delivery, reduce iteration time, and create a strong foundation for future art direction and team expansion. This role will report to the product engineering lead.

Responsibilities

• Block out early game scenes in engine, establishing spatial layout and camera framing for rapid gameplay prototyping.
• Create simple 3D models, greybox assets, and placeholder animation/VFX to validate gameplay interactions, timing, and sequencing.
• Implement and integrate art assets directly in the engine, including animations, VFX, particles, lighting, and UI-related visual elements.
• Develop tools and scripts that accelerate prototyping, asset import, rig workflows, and iteration speed for the entire pod.
• Collaborate with engineers on scene wiring and prototype actions, ensuring content integration is stable, performant, and technically sound.
• Surface visual/technical risks early, proposing pragmatic solutions that enable the team to avoid rework and maintain rapid velocity.
• Create temp cinematics, video assets, or animatics as needed to communicate design intent, user flows, or presentation direction.
• Support future scalability, ensuring the early pipelines and scene structures can be cleanly picked up by a larger art team during full production.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Artist in games or real-time engines.
• Professional experience implementing assets directly inside Unity or Unreal (animation, VFX, particles, lighting, shaders).
• Experience creating 3D models, greybox assets, and lightweight prototypes for gameplay or layout validation.
• Strong scripting ability in C# and/or Python for tool creation and pipeline automation.
• Experience optimizing content, solving cross-discipline integration issues, and improving real-time performance.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineers, designers, and artists in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to reason about the intersection of art, gameplay intention, and engine constraints balancing clarity, performance, and production speed.

We’re looking for a Video Marketing Intern to help us turn our ideas and expertise into high-impact video content.

We already have strong points of view, experienced creators, and no shortage of ideas. What we need is someone who can help bring those ideas to life through video. From shaping concepts and scripts to editing content that stands out on LinkedIn and YouTube.

You’ll work closely with our founders to produce educational, market-facing video content that helps Omniscient grow visibility across LinkedIn, YouTube, AI search, and classic SERPs.

This role is ideal for someone who loves video, understands social and YouTube-native formats, and wants hands-on experience building a modern B2B content engine.

What You’ll Do

• Work with Founders to create dedicated educational videos on AEO, SEO, content, and digital PR (primarily talking head content, shot in person)
• Turn long-form videos and podcasts into high-performing, shareable clips for LinkedIn and other platforms
• Help translate high-level ideas into concrete video topics, scripts, and formats optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube

As a Product Manage:, you will lead the Searchandizing team in providing customers with advanced tools to flexibly curate shopping experiences that optimize net revenue on top of Constructor's algorithms. You will transform the powerful set of merchandising tools into a guided, intuitive, and holistic workflow. You will be responsible for setting the team vision and executing its strategy. About the Position

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Revenue Enablement Manager to help drive clarity, consistency, and continuous learning across Constructor’s Global GTM teams. You’ll play a critical role in operationalizing our onboarding new hires and overall everboarding strategy including ongoing education, curating centralized knowledge resources and tools in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong blend of sales enablement expertise, program management, learning science, stakeholder management, and AI tool fluency.

You will:

• Support ongoing GTM training initiatives by helping to plan, build, and maintain scalable revenue enablement content beyond onboarding.
• Curate and maintain centralized knowledge resources, partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Help operationalize the everboarding strategy, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Organize and update internal learning assets, ensuring documentation is easy to find, up-to-date, and aligned with sales priorities.
• Manage internal communications related to enablement, such as newsletters, training calendars, and update broadcasts to reduce noise and increase clarity.

Weekly Enablement Duties:

• • Onboarding: Ensuring new reps deliver value as quickly as possible. Examples: Refining and managing segment-specific onboarding curricula.
• • Skill Training & Coaching: Enabling reps to consistently articulate our value to customers. Examples: Reinforcing our sales methodology and supporting a manager-led coaching program, as well as driving programmatic efforts to improve our story-telling capabilities.
• • Product Enablement: Equip the GTM teams to understand and position the value and capabilities of new product releases and how they connect to the buyer journey. Examples: Collaborating with the Go-to-Market team to create online and offline training and enablement content. This role will have a direct product level partnership and will need to effectively represent their GTM enablement teams
• • Competitive Enablement: Work with Product Marketing to enable reps to consistently articulate our differentiators against top competitors. Examples: Refining battle cards and other competitive job aids. Creating a rhythm for competitive enablement and feedback.
• • Tool Training & Adoption: Getting the most possible ROI out of our GTM tool stack, by managing the adoption and optimal usage of enablement and productivity tools. Examples: learning management system, sales asset management, call analytics platform, sales intelligence platforms. (i.e. Gong, Letter.AI, Arist)
• • Internal Communications: Provide timely and easy access to all information GTM teams need to do their jobs. Examples: Managing content management platform and creating/maintaining content on processes/motions/priorities.
• • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of data-driven continuous improvement and recognition. Examples: Monitor enablement completion/usage data and sales production data to recognize top performers and to identify learning/performance gaps (and align with sales + success leadership to address those gaps)

Requirements

You Have

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, Knowledge Management, and/or Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated familiarity with learning and content management tools, including Articulate, Gong, Letter.AI, and Notion.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and experience applying them to training design, content delivery, or knowledge-sharing systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.

Nice to Have

• Background in instructional design, content strategy, and/or sales operations tools.
• Exposure to coaching methodologies such as Command of the Message to support learner development and behavior change.
• Familiarity with enablement metrics and learning analytics, including tools like Tableau, and experience A/B testing content formats for effectiveness.
